Thread: ALIPAC's Open Letter to Kate Steinle's brother Brad Steinle

Mr. Brad Steinle,

All of us at ALIPAC and the whole nation mourn for your loss.

However, I just read your comments to the pro illegal immigration invasion media at CNN where you accuse Donald Trump of "sensationalizing" your sister's death. The media is gloating that they got a family member of Kate Steinle to bash Donald Trump, and illegal immigration supporters are jubilant about your comments. They are now using them to try to end and suppress the national conversation about Kate Steinle's murder by a previously deported felon illegal alien wielding a federal agent's firearm.

Please know that my organization ALIPAC and others who are talking about what happened to your sister are fighting to stop other Americans from being killed by illegal aliens.

We would hope that you would stand with us in our efforts and not bash anyone who is fighting to keep Kate's story and your family's loss a matter of national focus, debate, and concern!

Your individual political views or the political views of your family are not what is important or being discussed here and no American should have to check with you about your political views first when discussing a case of national importance. I'm not being insensitive, but just stating that your individual political views should not manifest themselves in attacks on Trump or anyone else that shows concern about Kate Steinle's death and how her murder relates to national policies and our unlawfully open borders.

You may not realize this, but Kate Steinle is only one of thousands of Americans that will be slaughtered by illegals this year, and the only reason the whole nation knows about your particular case is because Donald Trump used her death as an example to defend himself from attacks about his broader political concerns about illegal immigration.

So on behalf of the thousands of grieving families that will lose loved ones to illegals in 2015 only to have their stories censored and suppressed by CNN, MSNBC, the Associated Press and many others, we appeal to you to temper your criticisms of Donald Trump or any person, activist, or group that would point to Kate Steinle's death as an impetus for America to secure our borders and enforce our existing immigration laws.

When you take swipes at Donald Trump on CNN, you are aiding the illegal alien invasion supporters who have blood on their hands for Kate's death and thousands of others they work hard to conceal from public view each year.

We applaud Donald Trump's efforts to bring attention to these cases and we know that if he were not a billionaire who was already heavily present in the national media, nobody would know about Kate and how she died due to our own government's intentional failure to serve and protect our citizens as the Constitution requires.

While none of us can truly know the depths of your pain and loss at this time, as Americans we can see that what happened to your sister and you and your family can happen to any one of us as long as America remains open to invasion, infiltration, and attack from anyone around the globe who wants to walk in here with protection and support from the Obama administration and media.

What is far more tragic than any politician possibly "sensationalizing" the death of Kate Steinle is that her own brother is now being used by the very leftist media power brokers that share responsibility in her death due to their advocacy for immigration reform amnesty for illegals in lieu of enforcement of our existing border and immigration laws, which are designed to protect American taxpayer resources, communities, jobs, and lives from illegal immigrants and illegal immigration!

Please place blame where it belongs on the illegal alien gunman Juan Francisco Lopez-Sanchez and the sanctuary policies of San Francisco, the state of California, and the Obama administration which failed to protect Kate and others from illegal immigrants or anyone that would unlawfully enter America and exploit our laws to harm any citizen. In fact, closer inspection finds these taxpayer funded governments actual aiding, abetting, encouraging and facilitating illegal immigrants like Juan Francisco Lopez-Sanchez!

We will continue our organization's policy of doing our best to bring attention to all illegal alien crimes and murders. We are thankful that in our 11 years of service, we have only received thanks and encouragement from family members who have witnessed our struggle.

May the Lord bring you and your family the peace and strength you need at this difficult time, and may your tragedy lead to the restoration of our laws and the protection of other citizens who will lose their lives in the future if we continue to fail to secure our borders.

I had not heard that Kate Steinle's brother had done that. I'm sure he is in pain and perhaps not thinking very clearly right now. All he sees is someone benefiting from his sister's death. I hope he will read this in the spirit that it is written.

Is there still any way in the United States that governments can be sued to enforce laws? This is called writ of mandamus. In our state the county sheriff's caved under pressure to stop cooperating with ICE. But citizens are still depending on governments to carry out the law, and that should be the deciding thing. Can we still bring legal action to make governments toe the line?

Whenever there is a story that can be related to national or homeland security I copy it to certain Congressional Committees and ask them to forward it to the Chairman. I think this has worked as the statements made by these Committee Chairs has improved quite a lot:

It is good to forward information to committees and to members. They live in a bubble and can be unaware of things.

So nice to see your name, Captainron. I hope you are doing well.

I have been busy. I was also involved in stopping a useless public works project here, that would have cost $4 billion and up, and now helping to stop another $2 billion one, and of course our county liberals have gone way overboard planning over a billion in unneeded public works---while they openly invite illegals to participate in their county decisions. It's totally awful.

However, I have been sending lots of news stories and comments to these committees for the last two years and notice the Chairmen are a lot more forthright in speaking out. Notice what Trey Gowdy has been saving and Bob Goodlatte? And even Michael McCaul has come along! Ron Johnson just became the Senate Homeland Security Chair this February. However, because they have so many issues on their plate they cannot respond very well when flummoxed by the Administration, or Congressional delegates. So I expect to have to adjust my message---and hope they will work this in among their other Committee business--and then take action! And some of it is legal type stuff---which Goodlatte seems to get, but Trey Gowdy is at heart a prosecutor and has a little different approach.

What I could do, is double check these committee contacts and develop a list that ALIPAC'ers could use. So many administrative decisions, and legal challenges from the left, do affect national security and national sovereignty, not to mention the border control and immigration system issues. Maybe ALIPAC could keep a list of these contacts available---I do believe they are very helpful. For awhile I was sending each major news story to five House Committee contacts, each time. However, the aides change their function and the contacts I would have to update. But I do believe there has been a lot of effect.

I also have an interest in some legal policy issues---but being just one voice it's hard. But if we could get enough people raising the issue maybe the legal advocacy groups would take action. They also have their plate full, but I certainly cannot do it on my own. They determine what is important and winnable. But I think there are some possibilities. I was kind of discouraged because conservatives shy away from legal stuff.

Just when you thought you'd probably heard and seen the worst Libturd possible, along comes another! The life of this guy's own sister means so little to him that he's willing to sacrifice her on the Twin Altars of Political Correctness and Open Borders. Perhaps he should talk to his father; he's the one who heard her pleas for help while she bled out. Too bad she can't tell him how she suffered after the shots tore out her guts.

The illegal alien lobby - MALDEF, LaRaza, Democratic Party, US Chamber of Commerce, etc. are grateful for this Useful Idiot. They don't need Fifth Columnists when there are Americans willing to sell out their own country.

Mr. Steinle, there will be other innocents in the path of bullets fired by criminal illegals, or the vehicles driven by drunk ones. Their grieving family members will remember your treasonous comments. Maybe you don't value your sister's life, but I can assure you others love their siblings, children, and parents dearly. So, after the next tragedy inflicted at the hands of an illegal, please show some respect by keeping your big trap shut.
