My comments:
The governor surely knows the voting guidelines, that only American Citizens have the privilege of voting.

The fact that he thought "chill participation" by ICE for illegals "voting" is crazy.

Californians tried once to oust him from the Governorship and they should try again!

California is such a beautiful State ... it is a shame to treat our Heritage this way.
