Keep Making those calls. Burr's office says he is opposed but they will not say if he will vote for cloture or not. Let him know to vote yes on Cloture is the same as voting yes on the Bill.

Though Harry Reid asked to "reconsider" and will make a decision with the republican leader later this afternoon.

I think he was discussing reshuffling the schedule for the afternoon because they had previously set aside time to debate the DREAM Act, expecting it to pass Cloture.
