We are 24 hours from being forced into Emergency Mode due to inadequate funding. Any ALIPAC outage due to Emergency Mode will be compounded and lengthened because I am heading into Western NC tomorrow morning with needed supplies for disaster victims and to find & supply some friends I can't reach or locate. One friend thinks he saw a FEMA truck in Morgonton, but people trapped in Boone, NC, are calling into the Glenn Beck Show (Visit), reporting no sign of FEMA or Red Cross in their area yet!
