Thread: Senate Within 1 Vote of Passing Amnesty

The latest information we have indicates that the US Senate may be within one vote of passing cloture for Dream Amnesty!

Furthermore, we have told the media and lawmakers that the Dream Act is a much broader Amnesty than anyone expects, due to the fact that there is no verification of the age of the applicant, the age the applicant entered the US, or the time an illegal alien has been in the US.

The bill also contains the line allowing Janet Napolitano to arbitrarily waive any and all provisions and grant mass Amnesty to about every illegal alien in America if she or her successor wants to.

"(2) WAIVER- With respect to any benefit under this Act, the Secretary of Homeland Security may waive the ground of inadmissibility under paragraph (1), (4), or (6) of section 212(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1182(a)) and the ground of deportability under paragraph (1) of section 237(a) of that Act (8 U.S.C. 1227(a)) for humanitarian purposes or family unity or when it is otherwise in the public interest."

YOU MUST ACT NOW AMERICA. YOU MUST AWAKEN AND START BOMBARDING THE SENATE WITH CALLS OPPOSING THE DREAM ACT. YOU MUST NOT STOP UNTIL THE SENATE EITHER DEFEATS DREAM OR LEAVES FOR THE HOLIDAYS.

Step 1: Prepare yourself to fight right up until and through Christmas Eve if necessary. ALIPAC and our allies in DC are making these plans, as the Democratic leadership may decide to deliver Dream Amnesty on Christmas Eve in order to minimize public attention and backlash.

Step 2: Galvanize your resolve to do as much as possible to stop the Dream Amnesty and to rally others online and around you to help. You must all be Paul Reveres. You must be the media because the media is not responding to us right now.

Step 3: Help us challenge and bypass the media road blocks! Major news conduits we rely on are NOT reporting that he Dream Amnesty passage could be imminent or the negative consequences of the bill. Even worse, many sources (like Sean Hannity and several Fox News guests) are telling you not to worry about a thing and to just relax because Dream Amnesty won't pass.

We need you pounding these sources with calls and emails saying, "The US Senate is within 1 vote of passing mass Amnesty for illegal aliens any day now and I can't believe you are barely covering this story! Please warn Americans that millions of illegal aliens could receive amnesty before Christmas if passed in the Senate!"

You can access a full list of media targets that need your attention and you can work on your own local media, favorite blogs, and favorite talk radio shows. Right now Fox News and Drudge Report are taking a dive on this and even sites like World Net Daily need to respond more than what we are seeing.

Step 4: Wave after wave of calls, emails, and faxes must flood the targeted senators that we have provided you. Better yet, Americans should be walking through their doors in DC and their District offices all day long to say "Vote NO on CLOTURE for the Dream Amnesty (add details here)"!

In our opinion, the only thing that can stop Dream Amnesty from passing is a massive public political outcry against the bill and right now THAT IS NOT HAPPENING.

LETS GO AMERICA! It's way past time to defend our borders, our institutions, our government, our jobs and our kids against the infiltration of illegal immigration and the debilitating consequences of the agenda of those who support it. The Dream Act must be defeated. Period.

It doesn't matter what the "good moral character" is of someone in our country illegally. It doesn't matter whether they walked in on their own, or were carried or dragged in by their parents. It doesn't matter how they've behaved once they were here, whether they're working or not, whether they're doing well in schools they shouldn't be in to begin with or not. What matters is one thing, they are here illegally and must go home, either the easy way on their own with parents in tow, or the hard way through a deportation, entire family in tow.

After the first of the year, we must work on legislation that forbids the use of any public monies to directly or indirectly aid, abet, hire, harbor, advocate, support or advance or release, permit or in any other way protect anyone from deportation in our country in violation of US immigration law.

The Dream Act is a farce of monumental proportions. Stealing the future of American Kids to hand it off to illegal aliens is not a "dream", it's a nightmare.
