ALIPAC is asking data scientist and Twitter / X star Tony Seruga to use his ownership of the digital ID of every mobile device/computer in the U.S. and a process known as geofencing to detect illegal voting behavior the Democrats are fielding in the 2024 elections and to release any findings to the media, Elon Musk, and Lara Trump's RNC elections integrity operations at ProtectTheVote.com.

Tony Seruga has been tracking and releasing very interesting cell phone movement data regarding the January 6 incident and Donald Trump and Kamala Harris rally attendance on his Twitter account. ALIPAC suggests Seruga conduct study similar to the Heritage Oversight Project and Heritage Border Security and Immigration Center Studies research, which tracked cell phone IDs that interacted with migrant processing centers and NGOs engaging in the importation of illegals. The Heritage study used cell location data and found that 71% of Illegal Aliens Were Sent to ‘Republican Congressional Districts!
