He's whining and moaning about deaths in the desert crossing the border. Clearly, the answer is to build an impregnable wall on the border. Just think, it will be worth it if even one life is saved!

Kennedy is now crying that 405 illegals have died crossing the border. How about the 45,000 plus American citizens who have been killed by illegals !!!! The 45,000 plus families whose lives have been ruined by these murderers and scum bags?

This is totally disgusting. He has a chart up showing the deaths to illegal aliens due to crsooing our dangerous border, 405 in 2006. Of course there is no mention by him of how many American Citizens have been killed by illegal aliens coming here. More blathering about how the illegals are suffering exploitation here and how their rights are trampled on by their employer here.

Kennedy just put up a chart showing how many illegals died while crossing the border each year since 2001. The number for last year was 425. I would like to ask him to put up a chart showing how many Americans were killed last year on the highways from illegals.

Now he is talking about the poor "undocumented workers" in the meat packing industry. They do not report injuries for fear that they will be fired or deported. IF THEY ARE ILLEGAL SHOULDN'T THEY BE LIVING IN FEAR OF BEING DEPORTED?

A deal breaker for me "Homeland Security will handle the law breakers"......ya, right!
