My letter:
I write this as I want to see Idaho legislature set a shining example for the legal citizens of this state. There is no reason to give any leeway to illegals or their employers anywhere in the United States of America.
S1303 is a very good hammer against the continual raping of Americans and legal immigrants for an increased profit for special interests.
Ultimately, the responsibility of who they hire lies as the sole responsibility of the employer, just as the sole responsibility of the taxpayer lies with that taxpayer when it comes to truth on the 1040 form.
I urge you to throw support behind this bill.
No one can ignore any longer what the illegal immigrant problem has done, not only to the economic success of Idaho, but also the rest of the country. No longer can the consumer nation of the world consume when they have no income to spend.

For those of you who have not responded yet, please, please, help us out here. If S1303 can get passed, Idaho will be on it's way to pushing the illegal aliens out of the state like Arizona has done.

The open borders crowd fears the passage of state enforcement legislation more than anything else right now.

Why?

Because it shows that attrition through the enforcement of immigration law works every time it is tried and they sure as hell don't want Americans realizing their is a middle ground between amnesty and mass deportation.

I am hoping for eyes to be opened and for minds to understand, that E Verify must be passed to get some traction against illegal immigration in Idaho. Idaho can set an example for other states. They can be a leader, and with the big heads that politicians have, that should be another reason to vote for a piece of legislation that will have significance importance across the nation.

Kris Kobach understands this legislation, some politicians understand the need, and the American people are demanding enforcement. It is a win, win, win.
