The Mexicans will not even extradite murders for us but 12 heavily armed Marshals do a no knock arrest on this man who was originally released by the Mexicans on this misdemeanor charge 3 years ago. What he did would not have been done otherwise considering how corrupt the Mexican government is. Because of him a violent serial rapist will spend the rest of his life in prison. Is the new Government flexing it's muscle? Why do we tolerate this crap? Where is the reciprocity?
Ironically we do not have the resources to deport illegals or punish employers or build the fence. Wonder how much this little operation will end up costing the U.S. government.

I thought part of the reason he lives in Hawaii is to avoid stupid things like this ... something having to do with law/jurisdiction stuff?
I don't care what you call me, so long as you call me AMERICAN.

He needs to get a good lawyer and fight the extradition. I am sure he knows some good lawyers in the business he is in. Mexico is trying to hurt our country and it's citizens as much as it possibly can while demanding rights for it's own citizens in this country.

Did he jump bail in Mexico? What is the basis for the extradition request?
I know I read a report he was at least temporarily jailed in Mexico. It sounds like he failed to show at a hearing or something.
I certainly wouldn't extradite without a very very good reason not yet known to us.

Yea, he jumped bail in Mexico because they wanted to put him in jail for grabbing the rapist.

This is very upsetting and I certainly hope Dog gets some help. Perhaps the U.S. should be worrying more about Mexican military incursions. Dog nabbed a criminal - they escort drug runners and point guns at Border Patrol

These people (the Mexican government) is the most despicable and corrupt group I think I have ever heard of. I cannot believe we are even dealing with them.
I think that we need to completely igonre not only any requests by them, for anything, but also to deport every single one of their criminals and beloved citizens to their country and tell them to keep them out for good, no ifs ands or buts about it.
I think personally they are doing this because we are pushing to end their cash cow here from all their workers stealing American dollars.
My husband works with a man who's father was a policeman in Mexico City, and he said Mexico is so severely corrupt, that is why he came here. He said his father could go out, make up a reason to stop someone and either they paid the huge bribe (uh, I mean fine) or go to jail and get the you-know-what beat out of you.

Maybe if we extradite the dog they will give us permission to build the fence. Who says we need their permission? The U.S. senate!!

Ok folks, we need to call the US Congress and raise hell over this. This man was wanted in Mexico because Mexico has a law against "bounty hunters". Fine. Their choice.
The United States has a law called the Death Penalty. Our choice. Fine. Mexico refuses to extradite its citizens back to the US because of our Death Penalty law when or if their citizens would be subject to the Death Penalty. Remember the police officer killed in Denver and this issue when he fled to Mexico?
Ok...we NEED a law retroactive that prohibits extradition of any American Citizen to any country that PROHIBITS....BOUNTY HUNTERS.
When we have people we want to catch for crimes, then our bounty hunters have every right to enter that country to hunt them down and carry them back here without fear of extradition.
Who knows....if Dog Chapman had been looking for Osama bin Laden, we might already have the SOB in custody....probably 4 years ago.
How dare our government round up Dog Chapman and deliver him to Mexican authorities!!!
I really really don't know how much more of this MADNESS...the American People are going to tolerate from this Administration.
In just a month...we have 2 border patrol agents prosecuted by our government for doing their jobs....and now we have an American Citizen handed over to the Mexicans for doing his.
Our government is insane.
This prohibition of Bounty Hunters is stupid. If anyone needed Bounty Hunters...it would be Mexico. No wonder they have a crime problem....that flows into the United States.
I'm breaking into a sweat I'm so angry about this!!
