Thread: Ambassador signs agreement with Salvadoran Government

Nothing wrong with helping other country's, but what about the Americans, that don't have health insurance, where is the money for border protection. American Citizens, that don't have insurance, are now in a jam. They will have a hard time, filling bank bankruptcy. Now if you have a big health problem. The American citizen will have to pay for the rest of his life or his family will be held accountable for the bills he or she has left behind. Unlike an illegal Immigrant. We pay taxes, and some of us if not all of us have had family members, that in the past. Has giving there life's, for our country. Where I ask is our government officials that are supposed to be for the People of the United States of America. When oh when will the American Citizen be Number one again with our government.

Ambassador signs agreement with Salvadoran Government

Ambassador H. Douglas Barclay, Salvadoran Foreign Minister, Francisco Lainez and USAID director Mark Silverman signed on August 9th a an agreement to improve health and education services in El Salvador.

With this agreement, the Government of the United States will contribute 45 million dollars, with 12.7 million dollars from the Salvadoran Government for period 2004-2009, for the project called: “Strengthening Health and Basic Education�.

WOW, they are moving fast.

I didn't know an Ambassador could sign such agreements.

THAT needs to be changed or prosecuted whichever is applicable.

Guess I'll just go to El Salvador if I ever need and free heath care.
