Tonight we watched the death of our constitution.

There are 77 seats that the GOP could pick up.

48 are deemed by the geniuses that be - that either "lean" or "likely" to go Dem and 29 are "toss ups".

Currently the Dem's have 256 Seats the GOP has 178.

If the GOP pick up all of the "Toss UP" seats that would be 29 and give them 207.
The Dem's would then have 227 seats and the Dem's would STILL CONTROL the house and Ms. Nancy Pelosi would still be the LEADER!

THE GOP needs to get 40 seats to get Ms. Nancy out of her job.

By a vote of 219-212, the House has passed the bill previously approved in the Senate last December, known as HR 3590. It would appear that 34 Democrats voted against it; 178 Republicans voted solidly against this bill.
