Check back for an update at that time. I will post a link to the lawsuit when it is filed. It will lay out why the bill is unconstitutional and tramples individual and states rights.

The Florida Attorney General announced Friday he would file a law suit IF the Health Care Bill passed. He too says it is unconstitutional and will fight it vigorously.

I wonder what their chances are? It would be good if someone filed a second lawsuit that the bill passed on the weight of 20 house members who represent the illegal aliens packed into their districts and not American citizens.

Didn't Butch Otter the Gov of Idaho say the same thing?

Tonight, I am my own bartender. Tonight I wept for this country. The only consolation I have at this point is the hope that this bill will be tied up in court with lawsuit after lawsuit for YEARS to come.

The FL. AG is really angry and he says if nothing else he will stop the Health Care Bill from being implimented in Florida.

He says the Health Bill is unconstitutional and he is confident by combining with the other states who are going to sue they stand a good chance of defeating it.

I guess we will just "Stay Tuned" for now.

Also there is talk already of repealing it in the next Congress IF we put the right people in office.

We gave them hell though. Don't forget that even though the liberals controll everything they barely got it through.

Don't forget for a minute that this thing is not over! They have until November to cram every rancid piece of trash down our throwts, and then we will shove it back.

Hope they have better luck than Alan Keyes and a few others who have tried to get Obama to prove who he is and where he came from ! So far no court will hear it .

At least we have these great people fighting this seditious act .

Letters to the Newspapers / MARCH 22, 2010

    This country will pay

I wish to express my outrage at the Obama administration and the Democratic party for its trashing of the U.S. Constitution and the rights and freedoms it bestows on its citizens and the total and wanton disregard for the rule of law.

Also for ignoring the wishes of the great majority of the American people in their insistence on ramming down our throats a health care plan, whether we want it or not. These people are not fit individually or collectively to serve this country. They are acting no better than common hoodlums.

Watching this health care debacle, one sees daily reports of graft and deal cutting and pork being dished out to selected congressional districts and a host of other special interests. This all causes one to want to vomit.

Freedom has been our birthright, and it is being stolen. Millions of men and women's lives have been sacrificed in the founding of this country and in past wars and conflicts to preserve it.

Wake up, America. We are sending our young people in the Armed Forces, risking their lives and to die on foreign shores to protect and spread these democratic values at the same time our own government is taking them away here at home. And that is truly a sin this country will pay for and deservedly so.

Mark my words. A spark has lit the fuse to a powder keg. America will rue this day.

    Health care red flag

The legislation concerning health care has become such a confusing piece of garbage that I can't tell the substance from the stench. I blame this on both political parties who have put more spin on this than you would find in turbo-powered hula hoop. As a former federal employee who has had the displeasure to work with incompetent arrogant fools whose distorted perspective is so diametrically opposite to common sense, I don't support anything that I don't understand.

Trust is earned, not given, and right now I do not feel I can trust the government to operate in the best interest of the country.

American citizens should realize by now that politicians are not going to tell us anything that they feel will affect their political agenda. Truth is subjective to them. Unless they are willing to be forthright and transparent with what the health care is going to cost, then I'm against it.

I'd also like to see someone do something about reducing the waste, fraud and corruption in Medicare. Every time I hear some worthless politician say "trust me," I lock the door, hide my money and prepare for the worst.

The Easter bunny is a commie

Spring is here, so Easter bunnies, pack your bags.

We, the American people, have had it with Easter bunnies and their 40 czars. We are the voters; Easter bunnies should do what we say. They are stealing our children's Easter eggs. Plus, they are trying to pass health care reform that we the people don't want unless we're sick. This is just another tax, and part of the bunnies' soft tyranny campaign.

Bunnies trash the Constitution, Bill of Rights, our laws and want to form a proletariat regime like Castro. We should eviscerate the cancer of out-of-control rabbit repopulation that is destroying our nation. ...

Easter bunnies are taxing us to death with regulation and spoiled Easter eggs. They are growing government and killing our jobs. We can't afford Easter bunny-mania.

The Tea Partiers have spoken: Stop the socialist, communist Easter bunny agenda. We the American people don't want it. Impeach the Easter bunny now, and replace with Queen Palin or King Limbaugh to reverse this outrageous arrogance of name calling!
