How many of you will actually vote for Tancredo or Hunter?

I know it all comes down to money for a candidate to run...and that is really sad, because it should not be how much money you have but what you REALLY stand for. I would love to see these men have a real chance at winning and helping our country..and yes contributing will help them to get the word out...but is it enough??? This board is one of many, with all you fine people venting, and showing support..I applaude you all..but again, is it enough? Just what can we do to really take our country back??

I think we all feel the same way you feel, Sendthemback. I will definitely be voting for one or the other, and both if they were decide to join together.

I was thinking the same thing a day or so ago. I asked myself what can we do and how can we get them better known to the country? They're going to need a lot of exposure, and a lot of contributions to ever have a chance.

It all comes down to money, and that is something that almost every American finds very disturbing. You are so right it should be because of what a candidate stands for not how much money he/she has.

Well, you never know....a lot of things can happen between now and 2008. Maybe some of the other candidates will drop out, and who knows, our country could be looking at securing the borders as being even more urgent and important by 2008.

In addition to that, the American people, as we have shown, can be very determined.......when we make up our minds about something!!

I want to try to help them. Are there any bumper stickers out yet?

There's also Ron Paul. I just heard him the other day. I don't know him as well as Tancredo and Hunter. For obvious reasons, (GWB) I have a hard time trusting candidates. But Tancredo I do. Hunter, I'm pretty sure that I do.

Ron Paul is a good guy to vote for also. He is a strict constitutionalist. That is what he bases his votes on from what I understand.

If you watched the movie From Freedom To Fascism by Russo, he was in it talking about the farce that is the federal reserve and IRS.

While I agree that money is the trump card, the other two factors are charisma and issues. While a lot of people have awakened to the fact that we are being invaded the majority are going on with their daily routine because they are either oblivious or illegal immigration has not yet affected them on what they consider a personal level. Many will view Hunter and Tancredo as "one trick ponies". The mess that the current moron has created needs to be cleaned up by someone who is well known, charismatic, and able to multitask on a global level.

I honestly don't think the majority of Americans view either of these gentlemen as qualified.

I will vote for either one , If they don't win the primary I will write them in and vote for Tancredo . Voting for a bought and sold republican or Demorat for President would be a wasted vote . I know because I wasted my vote the last 2 elections .

Tancredo or Hunter will receive my vote for sure. Although I really think Hunter has a better chance of being elected.
I'm a little curious though on how well each one of them are doing though. I haven't had much time to research this, but all I keep hearing about are the two dem losers who are doing the same old political game of slinging each other's past dirt around.
Which really doesn't bother me since hillary needs to answer for a hell of a lot!

One thing that's funny is that John McCain's chances are so little. He could have walked right into that White House if he had chosen to go with right from wrong, the American people vs. pandering for votes by supporting amnesty.

Justice seems to be playing out on that one, anyway.

Legal, you're right. If McCain came down on the correct side on the immigration issue, I think his fortunes would be much, much better. Dick Morris, a political observer and old Clinton guy, basically said that McCain is on the wrong side on the immigration issue and it has hurt him.
His presidential exploratory committee called me begging for $ and I'll bet that he wished he didn't!
I agree with what has also been said here. I WILL NOT hold my nose and vote for the Republican nominee if it is Giuliani or some other amnesty guy. Maybe Hillary will get in there with that thinking but I just feel that a Republican should be more responsible and I feel he's a dam traitor to be an open borders/amnesty guy and I WILL NOT vote for traitors.

In these early stages especially, much of it really does come down to money for candidates who are not as well known. They need contributions to get their name, face and message out there. I saw somewhere yesterday that Tancredo has already raised $600,000-700,000 in just 6 weeks. Not sure how this rate of fundraising compares to other candidates....probably does not compare to what Hollywood raised for Obama last week, but I believe Tancredo's camp was pleased.

They are all traitors, theyve already sold ths country.Big buisness owns it.there is no doubt that they want no boarders so they can globalize.I will be voting for the one who will close the boarder.I will not vote for anybody else. Its sad but americans will wake up one day and wonder why spanish is the main language.Companies like Bof A know its coming, they know that americans wont band together and revolt. They believe we will just sit back and let it happen.Well I wont.
