Thread: US MILITARY GOING TO CHOPPER OUT ILLEGALS KIDS???

Our son has befriended this one kid here in our complex, he is a pretty nice kid. This evening he was at our sliding glass door on the patio talking with our son, trying to hurry him through his dinner because he wanted to take advantage of the light.

He then said, "I will have to go when it's dark, and I won't be able to come out tomorrow.", my son asked him why, he then told him this;
Everyone in the complex is talking about how the Spanish speaking kids cannot be out tomorrow as military helicopters would be going around looking for only the Spanish speaking kids, and load them up and take them to Mexico."!!!

Now at first I thought this is just one of those weird kid things, they hear stuff and form strange ideas about it in their heads. No, all the adults are telling the kids this!! They are being told this by other people this kid told us.

He seemed a little embarrassed when we were giggling, but I assured him no one was coming in to take him and the other kids (although my 23 year old daughter wanted to play with him and tell him seriously that, no, not helicpoters, but buses, I told her no that would not be nice!), that our
military or government would do something like this.

Now I wonder, does anyone here speak Spanish and know if any of the radical Hispanic groups are telling people this to make them believe Americans REALLY hate them and we are going to take their kids from them, so they will not associate with Americans, thus they might learn the truth about these radical factions?

I must say I and my daughter had a good laugh on this one. We joked that in the wee morning hours we should have a tape of chopper noises and go knocking on peoples doors yelling "US Military, please come out", but we would not really do it, just seemed funny!!!

It is sad. If they just took the time to learn the language and not focus on the hispanic scuttlebutt the that stupid stuff wouldn't hit their psyche.

That poor kid. Really, that poor kid. He really believes what he is saying. A part of me wants to strangle all of those who manipulate these people. Many are just pawns that just want a better life. Yeah, I know there are a lot of scabs that come with them and it is those scabs that have engaged me in this debate..but the kids?

Recent update, they just told my son that this information is coming from one of the Spanish newstations, and they heard it themselves, and...that it is happening Sunday.

I'll update if I can make ends of this. It does seem that its ridiculous, and sad they believe it. Most of these kids are pawns for their parents and their races hatred and paranoia. This kid told us that his whole family was really angry at him for being friends with our son, he said it was ok, they are usually mad at him anyways because he stands up for Americans , this made me so sad that one of their own wants to do right and then they treat him lousy.

I blame the parents for putting their children in this situation.

That poor child! I highly recommend that you take the risk and invite that little child AND his parents over for a dinner. Be sure they know you are sincere in your caring so they will come.

People, we have GOT to inform our legal immigrant friends in this nation that we are NOT against them or immigration! It is ILLEGAL immigration we are against.

Of course, I only recommend the above if everyone in that family is LEGALLY here. If so, embrace them. Take them in for conversation and a wonderful meal. They need to know the Americans aren't out to get them!!!!!

The child has met the 'dark side' and has learned..."Hey, I like these people!!!!"

Well concernedveteran, we would invite them over to dinner, but.....we don't speak Spanish, and his parents and older sister ARE illegals. So it would be a very quiet, uncomfortable meal.

Again, I blame the parents and elders of these families for putting their children in this situation. I am sorry but if it is their children or mine, I choose mine as we are american citizens and belong in this country.

Don't know about all of you, but it is the illegal immigration I am against. Not the people as people. I hate the crime that came along with this, but to be honest, I won't hesitate to get to know somebody even if they are my 'enemy.'

In my opinion we are all still human. Those people care about their kid even if they are misguided.

It all sounds like a bunch of fear to me. But what do I know..I am just some typist who is up later than they should be on some message board that resides on the internet Al Gore helped put into place.

how old is this kid? maybe he would be a good one to tell about LEGAL immigration and how people are suppose to follow the law.

there's so many of these people that don't understand English at all ... they are but puppets of the extremist. They are probably being told they have a right to protest in the streets and demand amnesty
