Thread: IS ANYONE ELSE HAVING A PROBLEM WITH NUMBERS

I just tried to get into Numbersusa and I can't get it to open. I've been on other sites this morning with no problem. Is anyone else having the same problem?

I just tired and got right in.

i got on, but it is very slow. maybe they are experiancing heavy traffic.

I haven't been able to get in for the last two hours. I think (hope) it's just very busy right now.

I finally got in. I think they are having big traffic. I emailed all the heads of the media last night but one email address bounced back with a fatal error. Has everyone else emailed or called the media?

I haven't been able to get on their website and fax for over 3 weeks. I requested my PW again but it was never sent. (They say my email address is already in use.) I really don't know what to do about them.

Have you called them?

I notified them several times over the past couple of days to retrieve my password, and finally got a reply email last night.

Another thing that seems to help (at least by my experience):

1. Clear your cookies
2. Clear browser cache and force all pages to be refreshed from server.

Then, try to log in again.

(This may [or may not] be the problem in your particular case, but this did help in my situation).

Phred's right on. Cache loads and Cookies are usually the culprits in these type of situations.
