Seems there is always a judge or court to swat down any kind of immigration enforcement or restriction going back to Prop 187. But if the president wants to continue not enforcing immigration laws or creates executive orders protecting some illegals there is crickets. Weird.

Judges legislating from the bench has been a big problem with our legal system.

Jim Acosta of CNN says the President is finding out there are three branches of government. He adds that the the President does have wide latitude on this issue.

I'm hearing that the Judge who issued the halt on Trump's seven country temporary ban, James Robart, has a "black lives matter" problem and ruled against Seattle's police union.

Statement from the White House, Sean Spicer, says the White House will challenge the Temporary Restraining Order issued by the Federal Judge in Washington State, as soon as possible. The position of the White House is that the Executive Order is constitutional, within powers of the Presidency, and the Washington Federal Judge Ruling will be appealed to the 9th Circuit. The DOJ on the earliest possible time will file for an Emergency Stay.

So that's where we are, I guess the Order reigns until DOJ files for an Emergency Stay to the 9th Circuit.

Claims of constitutional crisis. Changed to conflict.

ACLU and other plantiffs involved. They will want to review.

Government can seek to comply with Massachusetts order if they want to be aggressive.

Federal court judge could hold the President in contempt.

This is the judge that put a halt on Trump's order.

The Globalists in Seattle are behind this, they want their cheap visa workers, not Americans. It's a kick in the face to the American People. The companies named by the Washington State AG who wanted the EO stopped were Amazon, Expedia and Microsoft.

1. Amazon is an online goods marketing company owned by Jeff Bezos who owns the Washington Post.

2. Expedia is an online global hotel and travel arrangement company, a former spin-off of Microsoft.

3. Microsoft is a software company that's so busy importing foreign labor it doesn't write good software anymore.
