(LAS VEGAS, KXNT)–Supporters of Bunkerville rancher Cliven Bundy have been called domestic terrorists by Senator Harry Reid.

He made the comments during an appearance at a Review-Journal event, and repeated them, saying “what happened there was domestic terrorism’

The government says Bundy owes more than a million dollars in grazing fees and fines stemming from a 20-year dispute over trespass cattle. After obtaining court orders and beginning a roundup of cattle more than a week ago, BLM backed down, called off the roundup, and returned the cattle, after armed supporters of Bundy converged on the area.

Reid says Bundy is a law breaker. He says he will not second-guess the BLM decision to call off its round-up under a threat of potential violence, but that he says Bundy is wrong.

The vilification of the Bundy family is in full force now by the mainstream media who are trying to paint Bundy as a law breaker, tax evader and label him as part of the Sovereign Citizen Movement, a hot button label that effectively puts a bounty on his head as a terrorist as far as law enforcement is concerned.
What are the legal issues here? How do we get control of bureaucracies like the ‪#‎BLM‬ that can put anyone out of business with their regulations and are willing to use lethal force against those who don't follow their orders?

According to several reports breaking on social media Wednesday, federal agents targeting the Bundy Ranch in Clark County, Nev. did much more than merely herd hundreds of cows away from the site prior to backing down from their position Saturday. The following graphic images are being distributed by the Bundy Ranch as proof that multiple head of cattle were slaughtered, apparently under the direction of federal Bureau of Land Management officers.

Some close-up shots reportedly reveal the entrance point of wounds that took down the family’s livestock.

The photos show the dead and decaying cattle, offering little room for speculation beyond the assumption that BLM agents were complicit in their deaths.

With elected officials, including Democrat Sen. Harry Reid, declaring the standoff is “not over,” many worry the government’s apparent predilection for violence could easily spill over to include human targets.

Many outraged commenters have pointed out the glaring hypocrisy of leftist animal rights groups who, at this point, have remained largely silent regarding allegations of cattle mistreatment on the ranch by federal forces.

Unless the federal government has paid the state of Nevada for the land in question, then let them prove it in court. If they have, in fact, paid for the land, it's theirs. If not, then they are illegally occupying land that belongs to the citizens of that state, and they need to leave and never come back. Yes, that sounds almost too simple, doesn't it? When did the Bureau of Land Management get the constitutional authority to occupy a sovereign state, assault its citizens with tasers, threaten them with automatic weapons and place snipers in strategic locations and target those afore mentioned citizens?

Last time I looked at the constitution I didn't see in any part of it that gives them the authority to do that.
I thought the "government" had a sworn duty to protect its citizens from harm, not unduly cause it. However, none of that seems to matter to the Obama administration, and just so some of you on the left who might think I'm letting Republicans off the hook for all this, don't worry. I have one hell of a bone to pick with them as well!

We are witnessing that "transformation of America" that Obama promised when he came in to office. This is without question, for every freedom loving citizen of this country, the time to put a stop to this illegal action by our government. The people on the left called some of us "tin-foil hat wearing morons," because we saw events like this coming. Well, nobody's laughing now, are they? Unless, of course, you're a host of one of the many shows on MSNBC.
I tuned into MSNBC last night to catch a few moments of the Chris Mathews show, and he was not only mocking the Bundys, but took a pot-shot at former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee when he gave a speech regarding the events in Nevada. Mathews, like a good little propaganda spewing stooge for the government, simply portrayed what is happening in Nevada as "stage craft" for the right wing. You'll notice in his segment, how he put up a picture of Phil Robertson of Duck Dynasty, simply to mock freedom loving Americans.

"Stage-craft"? I thought it was about the government sending in armed troops in full tactical gear with automatic weapons to illegally confiscate property of an American citizen, and steal his cattle and fine him. I'm sure Matthews' alcoholism makes him see the world differently than the rest of us.
As far as this journalist is concerned, the government has fired the first shot, and it's about time that we free citizens of these United States of America put a stop to this!

Bureau of Land Management officials destroyed water lines and water tanks belonging to the Cliven Bundy family. The feds also shot two prized bulls and ran over at least one endangered tortoise den.



The federal agency that backed down over the weekend in a tense standoff with a Nevada rancher is being accused of leaving a trail of wreckage behind.
Fox News toured the damage — allegedly caused by the Bureau of Land Management — which included holes in water tanks and destroyed water lines and fences. According to family friends, the bureau’s hired “cowboys” also killed two prize bulls.
“They had total control of this land for one week, and look at the destruction they did in one week,” said Corey Houston, friend of rancher Cliven Bundy and his family. “So why would you trust somebody like that? And how does that show that they’re a better steward?”
The BLM and other law enforcement officials backed down on Saturday in their effort to seize Bundy’s cattle, after hundreds of protesters, some armed, arrived to show support for the Bundy family. In the end, BLM officials left the scene amid concerns about safety, and no shots were fired.
The dispute between the feds and the Bundy family has been going on for years; they say he owes more than $1.1 million in unpaid grazing fees — and long ago revoked his grazing rights over concern for a federally protected tortoise. They sent officials to round up his livestock following a pair of federal court orders last year giving the U.S. government the authority to impound the cattle.
