DOJ Ordered Federal Agents to Pose as Protesters In Nevada Against Patriots To Gather Intelligence

In an article published here at Freedom Outpost, by me, posted on February 19th of this year, I told you of a personal experience I had with the government and how they attempted to not only silence me, but intimidate me as well. Well, that was nothing compared to what the government is doing right now to patriots who are in Nevada to lend support to Cliven Bundy during his ordeal! It seems that federal agents have infiltrated the crowds of supporters and protesters, on direct orders from not only the FBI, but also from Eric Holder's Department of Justice!

Information via alternative news outlets regarding the situation occurring in Nevada has surfaced to let us know that the treachery of the Obama regime knows no bounds! What is truly disturbing is the fact that the cowardly, machine gun toting feds have started going after the protesters who are there to lend support to the Bundy family, They can't get their hands on their primary targets of Cliven Bundy, his family or all of Bundy's cattle, so they are illegally arresting, without due process, protesters and militia members. This stinks on ice!

Chase Logan from The National Report writes:

The standoff in Nevada reached new heights this afternoon as armed federal agents began arresting militia members gathered to protest in support of Cliven Bundy.
In total, 16 protesters taking part in the rally are reportedly in custody and being held without bail on domestic terrorism charges, resisting arrest, creating a public nuisance, and trespassing. County and city officials in the area have not yet released a statement on the arrests or the names of those arrested. Early reports indicate that protesters were verbally and physically abused prior to being arrested. Communications have been difficult and local media outlets are scrambling for more details.

Federal agent Paul Horner, a 14-year veteran of the force, spoke with National Report by phone and had this to say: "Under direct orders from the FBI and the DOJ, on behalf of the BLM, we have infiltrated the crowd with armed undercover agents. The agents are collecting inteland coordinating that information with drones that are also overseeing the disturbance. In addition, we have positively identified approximately 85% of the crowd and are running background checks for previous violations, warrants, etc. License plate numbers of protesters are being collected and entered into the national database as well. These right-wing extremists pose a serious threat to the safety of the operation and we have orders to make arrests and confiscate firearms."

Don Campbell, a participant in the protest stated, "I haven't seen anything like it in my life. The protesters seem to have been minding their business and those agents did not appear to be local guys." When asked to describe the victims, Mr. Campbell replied "two of them were middle-aged ladies and one of them appeared to be a teenage boy. The other three were heavier set middle-aged white men." According to Campbell, the officers were taking turns ridiculing the victims and at one point even pepper-sprayed two of the older men before placing them in flex-tie restraints and escorting them to nearby squad cars. Don referred to the scene as "modern-day fascism" and suggested the officers may have been federal agents sent directly from the Obama Administration in an attempt to silence opposition.

Well, who in their wildest dreams, would believe that the federal government would resort to such dirty, underhanded tactics against patriotic citizens of this great nation? This is stuff right out of the wedding scene from the Godfather, sneaky federals agents checking license plate numbers. Well, what did you expect America, that the Obama administration to play fair? I only hope there are no REAL "terrorists" planning any more attacks on American soil since the full weight of the government is so involved in arresting women and old men. And like honest men and women who have nothing to hide, they are submitting without a fight or violence in retaliation to these illegal arrests.

I do have two questions though: Where the hell is the governor of Nevada while this is going on? Why in God's name is he allowing the federal government to do this in his state?
Shame on you Governor Brian Sandoval for not protecting the citizens of your state!

    LAS VEGAS REVIEW-JOURNAL

BUNKERVILLE — Wearing a cowboy hat and with a copy of the U.S. Constitution poking from his shirt pocket, controversial rancher Cliven Bundy on Friday asked dozens of supporters of his cattle-grazing feud with federal land managers what they thought of U.S. Sen. Harry Reid calling them “domestic terrorists.”
“Are you guys domestic terrorists?” he asked the crowd gathered around a stage near the north bank of the Virgin River.
The supporters, many wearing name tags that said “domestic terrorist,” erupted with cheers and applause.
“That’s what I thought. I thought Harry was right,” said the 67-year-old Bundy, who was accompanied by armed escorts.
He made the statement before a “Patriot Party” that started at 5 p.m. with music by Madison Rising and Ron Keel, who sang with Black Sabbath briefly in 1984. A party atmosphere among a few hundred people grew as more supporters trickled in around 5 p.m. Some people were cooling off in the river while dozens of armed militia members wearing camouflaged fatigues patrolled in and around the area.
Bundy was reacting to Reid’s comments Thursday in Las Vegas describing him as a law-breaker for not paying grazing fees and an estimated $1 million he owes the Bureau of Land Management for 20 years of non-compliance with public lands grazing privileges and defiance of court orders to remove up to 900 head of his desert cattle that roamed the Gold Butte area.
BLM agents and contractors on horseback and helicopters rounded up more than 300 of the herd but released them back to Bundy and his backers after an armed standoff on April 12. Because his militia supporters had rifles and assault weapons pointed to where federal officers guarded a corral holding the cattle, Reid on Thursday said a task force would be assigned to deal with what he described as domestic terrorists.
The Bundy camp had asked that the federal law enforcers remove their guns and secure them in a truck while the cattle were released.
At Friday’s news conference, Bundy said, “We’re not asking the county sheriff to disarm the citizens of the United States. We’re asking the United States to take the government-issued guns away from these people, and when they have uniforms on they shouldn’t be packing a gun.”
Asked what he’d do if he was served with a warrant for violating federal laws, Bundy answered, “What I said is, I’d yield to the sheriff but I wouldn’t yield to the feds.”
If the sheriff served the warrant he said he’d surrender. “Well, I’d have to.”
He said he has a right to graze his cattle on public land, not just a privilege.
“They’re rights. And I own those rights,” he said.
Bundy told his supporters that they were the heroes in the standoff, not him.
“You are the heroes. You people are the ones who did it,” Bundy told them.
When a few of the supporters were asked what they thought of Reid calling them “domestic terrorists,” they welcomed the label.
“Him and his organization are the terrorists of this country,” John Vasilchin, 85, of Las Vegas, said about Reid.
“They’ve been destroying this country for the last eight years and previously back to (President Bill) Clinton,” Vasilchin said.
Mike Vanderboegh said he will unveil the “2014 incitement to civil war trophy” to Reid on Saturday at the protest area.
“Harry Reid said this ain’t over. You better believe this ain’t over,” said Vanderboegh, a self-described “Second Amendment activist” from Alabama.
Sitting inside his camper off a road in view of the Virgin River, Thomas Firth offered his perspective on Reid’s domestic terrorist description.
“That would be typical of Senator Harry Reid,” said Firth, 64, of Anza, Calif. “Seems like it was a few years ago when we all got lumped either as a Christian, or a veteran or ‘you own a gun.’ You got lumped into that.
“If that’s the moniker they want to put on this, well so be it. I take a little bit different look at it. I think we are people who are actually standing up for our rights,” said Firth, a former cattle rancher.”
Star Hill, 45, made the short drive to the the rally from Logandale.
“For him to stoop to name-calling is probably pretty appropriate considering what people think of him,” she said about Reid.
She said she doesn’t consider herself a terrorist. Instead, “I consider myself somebody who came out to the river for a picnic.”
This is a developing story. Check back for updates.

'Who's the Real Crook?': D'Souza Takes on Reid's Harsh Rhetoric on Bundys

    BY FOX NEWS INSIDER //
    APR 18 2014 // 10:09PM

AS SEEN ON THE KELLY FILE

    Video at the Page Link:

Conservative author and filmmaker Dinesh D'Souza hit back at Nevada Sen. Harry Reid's harsh rhetoric against embattled rancher Cliven Bundy and his supporters.

D'Souza spoke to Megyn Kelly from the scene of the "range war" controversy on the Bundy ranch.
Reid has dialed up his attacks on the Bundy family, claiming repeatedly that the Bundy patriarch "doesn't pay his taxes." The latest attacks from Reid come in the wake of the senator calling Bundy, his family and supporters "domestic terrorists."

D'Souza told Kelly that the scene on the ranch was like something out of an old Western. "The real question is: Who's the real crook? Who's really fanning the flames and tensions?" D'Souza said.
"Terrorism is when you target innocent civilians, and when you call people 'domestic terrorists,' you're almost implying that they should be targeted and killed," D'Souza said.
"This is very inflammatory and, I think, irresponsible rhetoric from Harry Reid, and the people here are very angry about it."
D'Souza told Kelly that small children on the ranch had taken to wearing name tags bearing the words "domestic terrorist" as a form of protest against Reid's remarks, and pointed out the bizarre juxtaposition the name tags represent.
"When you look at an all-American kid with a 'domestic terrorist' sign, you begin to see the preposterousness of what is really going on here," D'Souza said.

Federal Judge Slams BLM: Criminal Conspiracy

IN NEWS / BY BRANDON WALKER / ON APRIL 18, 2014 AT 4:27 PM /

For over 20 years, the BLM has been engaging in criminal conspiracy according to federal courts. Now a federal judge has stepped up and slammed them for the true intent of the BLM.
Kit Daniels from Infowars discovered a case that over throws any idea that Clive Bundy was even close to wrong out of the water. In fact it has the federal judge’s opinion from a recent court case that throws this logic of back taxes to the BLM out the window. It reveals a 20 year old conspiracy by the BLM, that the judge calls “literal and intentional”, against Nevada ranchers to force them to sell their land at a loss and kill their business. The judge doesn’t mix words and uses an actual case to expose this vast land grab and undermining of the Constitution.
It is actually an insightful and wise case that everyone in America should pay attention. There is an old saying, “follow the money and you will find the truth.” In fact, this “battle” at the Bundy ranch was settled 20 years ago, While it seems that the liberal outlets are touting a court decision against Bundy for failure to pay fees, they are using the local courts. If they would have paid attention to the appeals courts, the Supreme Court, and U.S. District Court Judge Robert C. Jones, they would have found that it wasn’t a valid case against Bundy. They are using the normal smoke and mirrors to distract, while the real reason for the fight is completely illegal and immoral.
In his opinion of United States v. Estate of Hage, U.S. District Court Judge Robert C. Jones reveals that after late Nevada rancher E. Wayne Hage indicated on his 1993 grazing permit renewal that by signing the permit, he was not surrendering his family’s long-standing water and forage rights on the land, the BLM not only rejected the permit but also conspired for decades to both deny his family’s property rights and to destroy their cattle business.
“Based upon E. Wayne Hage’s declaration that he refused to waive his rights — a declaration that did not purport to change the substance of the grazing permit renewal for which he was applying, and which had no plausible legal effect other than to superfluously assert non-waiver of rights — the Government denied him a renewal grazing permit based upon its frankly nonsensical position that such an assertion of rights meant that the application had not been properly completed,” Judge Jones wrote. “After the BLM denied his renewal grazing permit for this reason by letter, the Hages indicated that they would take the issue to court, and they sued the Government in the CFC [Court of Federal Claims.]”
And at that point, Jones explained, the BLM refused to consider any further applications from Hage.
“The entire chain of events is the result of the Government’s arbitrary denial of E. Wayne Hage’s renewal permit for 1993–2003, and the effects of this due process violation are continuing,” he stated.
    Judge Jones continued:
In 2007, unsatisfied with the outcome thus far in the CFC, the Government brought the present civil trespass action against Hage and the Estate. The Government did not bring criminal misdemeanor trespass claims, perhaps because it believed it could not satisfy the burden of proof in a criminal trespass action, as a previous criminal action against E. Wayne Hage had been reversed by the Court of Appeals. During the course of the present trial, the Government has: (1)invited others, including Mr. Gary Snow, to apply for grazing permits on allotments where the Hages previously had permits, indicating that Mr. Snow could use water sources on such land in which Hage had water rights, or at least knowing that he would use such sources; (2) applied with the Nevada State Engineer for its own stock watering rights in waters on the land despite that fact that the Government owns no cattle nearby and has never intended to obtain any, but rather for the purpose of obtaining rights for third parties other than Hage in order to interfere with Hage’s rights; and (3) issued trespass notices and demands for payment against persons who had cattle pastured with Hage, despite having been notified by these persons and Hage himself that Hage was responsible for these cattle and even issuing such demands for payment to witnesses soon after they testified in this case.
By filing for a public water reserve, the Government in this case sought specifically to transfer to others water rights belonging to the Hages. The Government also explicitly solicited and granted temporary grazing rights to parties who had no preferences under the TGA [Taylor Grazing Act of 1934], such as Mr. Snow, in areas where the Hages had preferences under the TGA.
It is necessary to note that under the TGA, according to Red Canyon Sheep Co. v. Ickes (1938), a rancher whose cattle had previously grazed in the area based upon adjacent land, water rights on the land, etc., has a right to a grazing permit over others who apply for a permit to graze the area without having previously grazed there.
So in this instance, Hage would have priority over Snow for a grazing permit, but the BLM willfully ignored this court ruling.
And after the agency filed for a public water reserve, according to Judge Jones, the BLM “sent trespass notices to people who leased or sold cattle to the Hages, notwithstanding the Hages’ admitted and known control over that cattle, in order to pressure other parties not to do business with the Hages, and even to discourage or punish testimony in the present case.”
“For this reason, the Court has held certain government officials in contempt and referred the matter to the U.S. Attorney’s Office,” he wrote. “In summary, government officials, and perhaps also Mr. Snow, entered into a literal, intentional conspiracy to deprive the Hages not only of their permits but also of their vested water rights.”
“This behavior shocks the conscience of the Court and provides a sufficient basis for a finding of irreparable harm to support the injunction described at the end of this Order.”
So in other words, the BLM willfully attempted to destroy the Hage family’s livelihood because Hage dared to assert his existing rights to the land which his family has held since the late 19th century.
And unfortunately the BLM is attempting to do the exact same thing to Cliven Bundy.
“Has Attorney General Eric Holder prosecuted any federal officials for criminal activity and violation of the Hage family’s constitutionally protected rights? No,” William F. Jasper, senior editor of The New American, wrote on the subject. “Has Sen. Harry Reid denounced this lawlessness and criminal activity by government officials and call upon President Obama and Attorney General Holder to protect the citizens of his state from the depredations of federal officials under their command? No.”
“With attitudes such as those expressed above by Sen. Harry Reid, it is almost a certainty that the recently defused Bundy Ranch standoff will be replayed again — and in the not-too-distant future. And the outcome could be much less amicable for all concerned.” ~Kit Daniels

Congressman Tells Obama and BLM to Back Off Bundy – Govt Breaking the Law

Posted on 19 April, 2014 by Rick Wells
The investigative eyes are starting to look towards the questionable conduct of Harry Reid and the BLM at the Bundy Ranch. Rep Steve Stockman of Texas has sent a letter to B. Hussein Obama making it clear that in his opinion, the government is acting inappropriately and demanding that they back down.
While Harry Reid and others on the left have denounced Bundy and his supporters, including children as domestic terrorists for standing up to government abuse, Stockman has come out in their support.
Stockman’s letter was sent to Obama, Department of the Interior Secretary Sally Jewell, and BLM Director Neil Kornze. He contends that the actions which have taken place and likely future actions are a violation of the U.S. Constitution.
Stockman wrote, “Because of this standoff, I have looked into BLM’s authority to conduct such paramilitary raids against American citizens, and it appears that BLM is acting in a lawless manner in Nevada.”
Stockman referenced the limitations on the power granted to the federal government and pointed out a requirement of many federal laws for the use of local law enforcement when a need for the use of force arises. He also makes the point that the federal government has “no right to assume preemptory police powers, that role being reserved to the States.”
The applicable statute of the U.S. Code — 43 U.S.C. Section 1733, Subsection C — is specific, stating “When the Secretary determines that assistance is necessary in enforcing Federal laws and regulations relating to the public lands or their resources he shall offer a contract to appropriate local officials having law enforcement authority within their respective jurisdictions with the view of achieving maximum feasible reliance upon local law enforcement officials in enforcing such laws and regulations.”
Stockman wrote that in his opinion the statute indicates that local official to be Clark County Sheriff Douglas Gillespie. Gillespie appeared to defer to the feds on virtually all of the enforcement issues during the standoff.
Stockman wrote, “Indeed, the exact type of crisis that the federal government has provoked at the Bundy ranch is the very type of incident that Congress knew could be avoided by relying on local law enforcement officials.”
Stockman stated the purpose of his letter is to persuade the Obama administration “to bring the BLM into compliance with 43 U.S.C. section 1733.”
He contends that until a full investigation is conducted into the actions of the BLM, “the federal government must not only stand down, but remove all federal personnel from anywhere near the Bundy ranch.”

Breaking Scandal: BLM Rounding Up Wild Horses, Sending To Slaugherhouse…In Canada

The Bureau of Land Management is clearly having an image problem.

    B. CHRISTOPHER AGEEAPRIL 18, 2014

The Bureau of Land Management is clearly having an image problem. As the outrage over its intimidating show of force during last week’s showdown at the Bundy Ranch in Nevada proved, the federal agency is now caught up in a controversy originating in Wyoming.
According to recent reports, agents herded a large group of wild horses in the state before ceding control of the majestic animals to state authorities. At that point, Wyoming officials sold them off to a slaughterhouse in Canada.

Obviously, this development outraged countless advocates already incensed by accusations that BLM officers gunned down multiple cows at the Bundy Ranch.
Paula Todd King, a wild horse advocate with Colorado’s Cloud Foundation, said it would have taken “very little to do this in a more effective way so that horses are not just sent off to slaughter indiscriminately.”
Though wild horses, which have roamed throughout the American West for hundreds of years, are protected by federal law, the BLM contends these animals do not qualify for such protection. Instead, agency spokesperson Sarah Beckwith contends they are strays descended from rodeo horses from four decades ago.
King, however, wondered how such a distinction is made.
“How long does a horse have to live wild and free before it’s considered wild?” she asked.
The roundup, which happened about a month ago, concluded with the sale of more than 40 horses to the Alberta-based slaughterhouse, bringing in a grand total of $1,640. Beckwith insisted the entire process was conducted in concert with existing laws, and notice of the sale was posted in local post offices.
BLM Senior Ranchland Management Specialist Robert Bolton, however, acknowledged this haul was much larger than usual.
“That’s a pretty sizable number,” he noted, explaining that “most of our impounds have been in the low numbers.”
While the roundup is not unheard of, and went largely unnoticed by the national press for nearly a month, the perceived overreaction of the agency in responding to the Bundy Ranch in Nevada has understandably increased public scrutiny of the BLM. As most concerned Americans cited overreaches by federal departments such as the IRS and Homeland Security, the BLM generally flew under the radar. That seems to no longer be the case.

Dispute Over Bundy Ranch Clearly Shows Who Represents Americans And Who Wants Them Punished By Government Overlords

April 18, 2014 by Sam Rolley

Senator Harry Reid (D-Nev.) went out of his way to insult Americans who sympathize with Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy on Thursday, labeling supporters as “nothing more than domestic terrorists.” Senator Rand Paul (R-Ky.) condemned the Nevada Democrat’s words, saying that Reid’s language could potentially increase tensions to the point of violence. It’s beginning to seem like that may be Reid’s goal.
“I don’t think calling people names is going to calm this down,” Paul said on Fox News. “I think it’s liable to stir it up. So I think all parties, including Senator Reid, should calm the rhetoric a little bit. Let’s try to have a peaceful resolution to this.”
Reid, whose obsession with the Bundy ranch dispute has raised questions about his motives (more on that from Wayne Allyn Root), remains adamant in calling for the government to punish the Nevada rancher for failing to pay grazing fees or to recognize Federal authority.
“Clive Bundy does not recognize the United States,” Reid said Thursday. “The United States, he says, is a foreign government. He doesn’t pay his taxes. He doesn’t pay his fees. And he doesn’t follow the law. He continues to thumb his nose at authority.”
He added, “It is an issue we cannot let go, just walk away from.”
But Paul, who said he has legislation “in the hopper” that would help to resolve issues like the Bundy dispute, has taken a more pragmatic view. Paul’s legislation would reportedly give States more control over Federal lands within their borders and more authority over the Endangered Species Act.
“This is a real, I think, intellectual and constitutional and legal debate, but it shouldn’t be about violence of arms, and I hope that the government will not be there in full arms and provoke a showdown and something terrible will happen,” he said. “I hope that doesn’t happen.”
In other words: There are Americans willing to support Bundy while exercising their Constitutionally-protected right to bear arms— government should respect that. If it doesn’t, the potential for violence is real.
Compare that to what Reid said of Bundy’s supporters Thursday.
“There were hundreds, hundreds of people from around the country that came there,” Reid said. “They had sniper rifles in the freeway. They had weapons, automatic weapons. They had children lined up. They wanted to make sure they got hurt first … What if others tried the same thing?”
Translation: Guns! They have guns! Automatic weapons! Terrorists! They won’t listen to us! What if other Americans don’t listen to us! What about the kids? We have to make an example here.
The only guns that Paul has expressed concerns about since the Bundy dispute began making headlines are those carried by agents of the U.S.’s 48 Federal agencies.
“I think there’s an opposite thing to what Harry Reid said, and that’s the federal government shouldn’t violate the law, nor should we have 48 Federal agencies carrying weapons and having SWAT teams,” Paul said Tuesday in a radio interview with the Kentucky-based WHAS.

    Update:

Asked on “What’s Your Point?” about his attempts to classify Bundy’s supporters “domestic terrorists,” Reid again attacked the citizens:
Bundy doesn’t believe that the American government is valid, he believes that the United States is a foreign government.
He doesn’t pay his taxes. He doesn’t follow the law. He doesn’t pay his fees.
And if anyone thinks by any figment of their imagination what happened up there last week was just people rallying to somebody that was oppressed — 600 people came in, armed. They had practiced, they had maneuvered, they knew what they were doing. They set up snipers in strategic locations with sniper rifles. They had assault weapons. They had automatic weapons. And they boasted about the fact that they put women in children — in fact one retired sheriff from Arizona boasted that he put women and children so that they would get hit first.
So, 600 people. If there were ever an example of people who were domestic, violent terrorist wannabes, these are the guys. And I think that we should call it that way.

Not Just For Conspiracy Theorists Anymore: Fear Of Federal Government Goes Mainstream

April 18, 2014 by Sam Rolley

More than half of Americans view the Federal government as a major threat to individual liberty and a growing number express outright fear of the Nation’s governing apparatus.

According to a recent Rasmussen poll, 37 percent of likely U.S. voters say that they are afraid of the Federal government and 54 percent say that it is a threat to individual liberty. That’s compared to 47 percent who don’t fear the government, 17 percent who aren’t sure and 22 percent who feel government protects their liberty.
Rasmussen reports that America’s decline in comfort with government has been rapid:
As recently as December 2012, voters were evenly divided on this question: 45% said the federal government was a protector of individual rights, while 46% described it as a threat to those rights.
According to the poll results, men and all Americans over the age of 40 are more likely to fear the Federal government than young voters and women.
Support for the 2nd Amendment may have some bearing on how Americans feel about the Nation’s political leaders, as 42 percent of gun owners expressed fear of the government compared to 30 percent of people who do not own guns.
Among union members, whose labor leaders often encourage government expansion, trust in government is also not particularly high. Fifty-two percent of unionized workers said that they fear the government versus just 30 percent of non-union workers.
Rasmussen relays that political affiliation plays a significant role in Americans’ comfort with the Federal government. Democrats are, unsurprisingly, less likely to worry about government overreach.
    From the polling agency:
Democrats, as they do in most instances, have a less critical view of the federal government than Republicans and voters not affiliated with either of the major parties. Most GOP voters (53%) and 43% of unaffiliateds fear the federal government. Just 18% of voters in President Obama’s party agree.
Seventy-three percent (73%) of Republicans and 59% of unaffiliated voters view the government as a threat to individual liberty, a view shared by only 34% of Democrats. GOP and unaffiliated voters are twice as likely as Democrats to believe that the federal government rarely or never does the right thing.
The majority of Americans with any of the aforementioned political affiliations, however, agree that the Federal government has become “a special interest group that looks out primarily for its own interests.”
According to the opinions recorded in the survey, 71 percent of Americans believe that the Nation’s Founders would be disgusted by the current size of the Federal government, 21 percent believe they would think it is about right.
The results of the Rasmussen poll tie in with the findings of a Fox News poll released earlier in the week which found that around 60 percent of Americans think that President Barack Obama routinely lies to the public.
Only 15 percent of respondents to that poll feel that Obama is truthful at all times, while 37 percent said that the President lies about important matters “most of the time.” Twenty percent felt that Obama lies “some of the time.”

EXCLUSIVE: Bundy Hits Back After Reid Calls Family's Supporters 'Domestic Terrorists'

by Fox News Insider // Apr 17 2014 // 11:01pm As seen on Hannity

In an exclusive first reaction to Sen. Harry Reid's comments calling Cliven Bundy's supporters "domestic terrorists," the Nevada rancher stood his ground in an interview with Eric Bolling on Hannity.

    (video at source)

"Well, I guess he's right," Bundy said, "I don't know what else we'd be. We're definitely citizens riled up. I don't know whether you could call us terrorists. There are the most loving people here I've ever met in my life."
Bundy said that he and his supporters were just gathering together to protest the government pulling guns on them. "They're definitely upset," Bundy said.

Bundy said that he believes that Sen. Reid's words will only serve to rally more supporters to the ranch's cause. "It just seems to get bigger and bigger," Bundy said of his family's well of support.
Word hasn't yet gotten around on the ranch of Sen. Reid's comments, but Bundy said that when it does, he predicts his supporters will react much in the same way that he has.
"I guess we are rioting... I'll tell you, there's unhappy people here, and we are rioting against the federal government, those people that are carrying guns and pointing them at us," Bundy said.
"I don't think we're going to put up with that in America."
    See the full segment above.

Later on Hannity, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) weighed in on what's going between the Bundy family and the government. Paul said everybody, including Reid, needs to call for "calmer heads to prevail."
He said there's a legitimate constitutional question about whether the feds or the states should be responsible for endangered species. Paul believes the Endangered Species Act "has been abused across America" and is a prime example of "government overreach."
Paul cited some odd examples of how the Endangered Species Act has been enforced in his home state of Kentucky.
"Nobody in Washington really knows anything about ranching or grazing cattle," said Paul, adding that he proposed a bill last year in the Senate that would give states more control over land and the preservation of species. Paul called on Harry Reid to at least allow a vote on the measure in the Senate.
