Odiesback, please accept our apologies if you find it offensive that some of us are bashing Bush. I'm glad to hear that you disagree with him on his handling of illegal immigration.

Please do not be so hard on us, Odiesback. Please understand that many of us spent a long time trying to avoid too much Bush bashing, but many of us have REACHED THE END OF OUR ROPE in trying to have our voices and thoughts known and responded to.

Personally, everytime I bash Bush a little voice in my mind says, "LegalUSCitizen, HOW can you do this at a time of war ??" It doesn't seem like a very positive thing to do, but this is the way I look at it.

We're losing our country and we're becoming a country which does not take our own laws seriously. This is an outrage and to me the end results are just as serious and important as any war is.

I don't want to continue having people disregard our laws and take advantage of my country anymore. We are good and compassionate people here in America and I think we need someone who is willing to stand up for us. GWB has a plan and his plan is very controversial, yet he implements it daily more and more against the will of the people and I find that to be far more terrible and bad for our country than Bush bashing.

I'm sorry, Odiesback, but I will continue to participate in Bush bashing until and unless something changes, because I'm not going to go down quietly. I hope that you will find it in your heart and mind to understand that many of us have already tried the other way. We are tired of fighting this, but we are not going to give up.

I ask you Odiesback, HOW could any president disregard what we think and believe to the extent GWB is doing to us. We refuse to accept this Odiesback, and I guess that is the way we try to get the message across.
If you know a better way....please tell us.

In the meantime, in my opinion, GWB is an absolute IDIOT, TRAITOR and maybe just maybe even a dictator of SOME SORT.

Thank you Odiesback and welcome to ALIPAC.

    To all of you:

It is hard to keep some class while dealing with Bush haters,
but I will try my best, since class is something foreign to hatred.

I dont expect anyone to have the same viewpoints that I do. The reason that I am still here is because of my high level of concern for America and the threats that it faces. America has always been under attack. Throughtout history, when you are the big dog on the block, your neighbors might as well want you down on the ground.

You're right, ultimately, Bush has some power to change things, but not all the power. If you know your government, you should know about the
Senate and the House. Bush supports "Guest-worker program", I DONT,
the majority os the Senate DOES SUPPORT, passed a bill and all.
Thank heavens for the opposition in the house. I hope it never passes(the Senate bill).

The Judiciary is not helping, either. We have a bunch of judges that sympathizes with illegal immigration and they act on it. Traitors? You make the call.

All my co-workers hate Bush's guts. We manage to get along very well.
I judge the President on a variety of issues to come up with a positive or negative view. I agree with him on the majority of issues, immigration is not one of them.

Glad to be on your side on this grave problem that affects all of us.

    HATRED BLINDS.

    To all of you:

It is easy to keep some class while dealing with those who will call you names when you point out that enforcement of existing immigration laws is the responsibility of the executive branch of the federal government aka Bush.

The law should be enforced. Period. Since the its insertion in 1986, no adminstration enforced it.

    Odie's
Glad to be on your side on this grave problem that affects all of us.

    HATRED BLINDS.
Okay. Point well taken. Hate does blind. Truthfully, Odie it's more "EXTREME ANGER" than hatred.

Do you know how hard it is to fight for something that makes sense, follows the law, and that you know is truly the right thing for your country only to have people insinuate that you are a racist ? That subtle insinuation was even given to us by the president. How could he do that Odie ? HOW, when he KNOWS this is not about race. This is about the sovereignty of our country, Odie. You know it, we all know it and he knows it.

This has been like a bad dream for many Americans whether thay have been actively standing up for what we believe in or at home watching it unfold on the TV at night, only to go out into the world the next day and to experience the problems coming from illegal immigration first hand.

You talk to almost ANY American and they are "upset". President Bush has just about torn the hearts out of millions of Americans over this by his subtle insinuations and his outright angering actions and comments which go absolutely against the will of the people. MOST of the people are the very people who put their trust in him and voted for him.

Well, enough said. Maybe we ALL (GWB included) need to pay attention to what we are saying more. But he has hurt the American people, Odie, and the reaction to that is often anger.

I think it is all going to be coming to an end soon. I heard that GWB was really angry about this today. I think something is going to start hitting the fan VERY SOON and then finally it's going to be all over.

I hope that we win, and I think that we will, but if we don't than we are going to have to deal with it like an AMERICAN, which will be appropriately and calmly. I ALSO hope that if it turns out that the will of the American people wins over the will of President George W. Bush, that he is prepared to also accept that......because it just MIGHT happen, Odie.

In the meantime, please stay with us, Odie.
    WE NEED YOU, AMERICAN, BROTHER.

You need to remember who Bush's best friends are........the Saudi's who are secretly funding some of those terrorists. Osama is Saudi. The Bush dynasty has rubbed elbows with them for a long time in oil and that is why Bush bows to them. But he tries to play hardball to go after the "man who tried to kill his daddy". What has Bush done for the genocide occurring in Darfur? Oh, yeah, they don't have the oil down there, so he has done practically nothing but to state publicly that there is a genocide occurring. He's protecting Iraq, liberating them, but allowing the US to be invaded and promoting that our jobs go to illegals? Driving my wages down to allow his corporate backers to make extra bucks. Yeah, He's a real man alright. This list could go on and on.

Proud to say I did not vote for him. He was our governor when I lived in Texas and ruined the education system with his unfeasible policy. The only positive thing I have to say is Thank God that he can't run for presidency in 2008.

EXCELLENT points, Krazynbama. He never mentions the Saudis.

He's driving our wages down, ignoring the will of the people.....sounds like a man who really believes in "freedom" . More and more I think he believes in a kind of "freedom" that means freedom for him to do what he wants.
