Well, at this point until we figure out what to do about this, it's important that all members of Congress are notified about Bush's treasonous act. That way, they can't say they didn't know about it when the stuff hits the fan.

Just one more while you're at it.

    DONE.

While you are emailing your Senators and Congressman, please email this too.

Dear Hon. Sen. or Rep. ______,

Before the confirmation of Mr. Obama as President of the United States, Rep. John Linder of Georgia will present a demand for certification of his Constitutional qualification. Please talk to Rep. Linder before Jan. 8, as he has a thorough understanding of Mr. Obama's failure to qualify as a "natural born Citizen" under Article II, Section 1, of the U.S. Constitution.

Mr. Obama has NEVER submitted his long form VAULT Hawai'i CERTIFICATE of Live Birth to any election official, state or federal. All we have is his sworn signature vouching that he is eligible. The internet image of his short form CERTIFICATION of Live Birth is just that: a computer image, which counterfeiting experts have proved to be digitally edited, that is, altered. It is not the original long form with the hospital name and the attending physician's signature.

The Kenyan Ambassador to the U.S., H.E. Peter Ogego, stated in an unguarded moment (on WRIF radio, Detroit) that President-elect Obama's birthplace in Kenya "is well-known. His paternal grandmother is still alive." Mama Sarah Obama, the step-grandmother, when asked if she was present at his birth in Kenya, said "Yes". His half-sister and half-brother in Kenya also said he was born in Kenya. It seems that everyone in Kenya knows that Barack Obama II was born in Kenya. The Kenyan government made the day after his election a national holiday.

Obama's appointee for secretary of commerce, Gov. Bill Richardson, slipped up on Dec. 8, while reaching out to the Hispanic community. He admitted, "Barack Obama is an immigrant."

Barack Obama Snr., at the time of his son's birth, was a British protected citizen, which status Great Britain passed on to his son. Barack Obama II was born with dual citizenship. This spoils his claim to be a "natural born Citizen," born on U.S. soil with no allegiance to any other country.
    (References:
    • "...all persons born in the allegiance of the United States are natural born citizens," U.S. Circuit Justice Swayne in United States v. Rhodes, 1866;

"...every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen," John A. Bingham, author of the first section of Amendment XIV; and

the common law of this country that "undivided loyalty" is required for "natural born citizenship.")

A precedent is that every U.S. President has had two U.S. citizen parents, except Chester A. Arthur (1829-1886), who kept his father's late date of naturalization (1846) a secret until just recently.

Barack Obama II, a.k.a. Barry Soetoro, was an Indonesian citizen from age 6 through 10. No problem; the U.S. does not revoke citizenship of minor children. But at age 19 or 20, after the age of majority, he traveled back to Indonesia and from there, to Pakistan. In 1981, Pakistan was off limits to U.S. citizens, so he could not have traveled on a U.S. passport. The other possibility is that he, as Barry Soetoro, renounced his U.S. citizenship in Indonesia in order to renew his childhood Indonesian passport, before continuing on to Pakistan. (Unless he did the same thing in some other country, which is unlikely.)

BIG PROBLEM. Barack Obama II is now not only an Indonesian citizen, he is no longer a U.S. citizen. Please don't scoff, but Barack Obama is actually an ILLEGAL ALIEN.

If you know ANY other way he could have traveled from the U.S. to Pakistan and returned without setting off alarms, sirens, and flashing lights at his U.S. port of entry, there are numerous Is|amist terr0rists who would like just a moment of your precious time.

Please talk to Rep. John Linder.

    Sincerely,
One man's terrorist is another man's undocumented worker.

Unless we enforce laws against illegal aliens today,
tomorrow WE may wake up as illegals.

The last word: illegal aliens are ILLEGAL!

Guys and gals, everything Bush has signed should and can be overturned. The President of the United States is Commander of the Military only. If it is not military related, it is unconstitutional and should be ignored !! Just because Bush granted himself authority to but his ignorant, retarded nose in other affairs, does not mean he has the law on his side in doing so.

Just tell Congress to put whatever the mentally challenged "hope to be" dictator Bush created, into the garbage can where it belongs.....along with his pacifier.

I would say we best focus on Congress to see if they can reverse this. But as Congress is consumed with the auto bailout at this time, we have to time this right.

And note, even the pro-IA groups oppose what Bush did and want Congress to reverse it:

Bush Administration to Slash Farm Worker Wages and Enable Growers Replace Domestic Workers with Foreign Laborers

PCUN and CAUSA Echo the Call for Congress to Reverse New H2A Agricultural Guest Worker Program Regulations

Salem, Ore--The Bush Administration has announced that it will change the H2A agricultural guest worker program to make it easier for growers to cut the pay of domestic farm workers, reduce housing benefits and to hire imported foreign laborers instead of U.S. field workers.

According to a United Farm Workers (UFW) release, the new regulations would mean that farm employers will no longer be responsible for certifying that labor shortages exists and therefore engage in meaningful recruitment of U.S. farm workers before requesting imported H2A foreign field workers. In addition, for the first time domestic workers could be paid less and receive fewer benefits than their H-2A guestworker counterparts. The changes come even as the administration has failed to enforce existing rules.

"This is not the solution we need", said Ramon Ramirez, President of Pineros y Campesinos Unidos del Noroeste (Northwest Treeplanters and Farmworkers United)."Cutting wages and reducing benefits of farm workers will not solve our nation's economic problem. In addition, they ignore the needs of providing a safe and reliable agricultural work force for the future."

PCUN and CAUSA echo the call of United Farm Workers (UFW) and others in urging Congress to reverse the Bush Administration's regulatory changes as hiring for the upcoming growing season commences.

The IA activists are against this because these guest workers will remove the need to employ illegal aliens.

Illegal aliens already here will have one less incentive to keep them here, thus hurting these "activists" who depend on federal "outreach" money from the govt.

I would rather have guest workers (we'll know WHO they are) replacing the illegal aliens (not a clue who they are) that are here now.

If the IA lovers and unions are against this, step back at ask why? They for "immigrants rights" no? So why don't they want these immigrants here? Hmmmm..

Bush Unveils New Rules for Guest Worker Hiring
    By RANDAL C. ARCHIBOLD

LOS ANGELES — The Bush administration announced new rules on Thursday that it said would lessen the bureaucratic burden on employers seeking to hire foreign farm workers. Advocates for the workers, however, contended the changes would depress wages and working conditions.

The Labor Department released the changes in a document of more than 500 pages, the culmination of reviewing 11,000 comments since it proposed new regulations in February.

The changes apply to a guest worker program known as H-2A, after the visa that allows farmers to hire foreign workers on a temporary basis for field jobs they cannot fill with Americans.

Most farmers ignore the program because of red tape and delays that could cost them precious harvesting time. In California, the 5,000 H-2A workers are a fraction of the peak agriculture work force of 450,000, according to the California Farm Bureau.

But, after Congress failed to revamp immigration laws and come up with a new guest worker program in 2007, the administration, seeking to attract more farmers to the program, moved forward with revisions not requiring Congressional approval.

The changes, the first major ones in 20 years, include eliminating duplication among state and federal agencies in processing applications, putting in place a new wage formula the department said would be fairer to workers, and increasing fines for willfully displacing United States workers with foreign ones.

An assistant secretary of labor, Leon R. Sequeira, said in an interview that while the changes would make the program “more predictable and timely, the program is still far from simple and easy to comply with.â€

This is what really pissed me off. CUT THE PAY OF DOMESTIC FARM WORKERS. In other words, make is IMPOSSIBLE for AMERICANS to live on farm wages so they can hire foreigners.
