The DREAM Act (to give alien minors Lawful Permanent Residence status) has been introduced to both houses of Congress and is in the Senate Judiciary Committee. It is being heavily lobbied by pro-alien organizations and is given a good chance of passing. These organizations have encouraged non-citizens to refer to themselves as constituents and call the US Congress to press for passage. Non-citizens (or non-LPR's) ARE NOT CONSTITUENTS.

These are not necessarily sponsors. They are members of the Senate Committee which must consider the bill.
