Also, I think the response I received from Team America is enough to lead me to believe they think there is merit in an action of this type; however, they might not want to be the group that initiates it.

Why not the women who have been raped by them? The people killed in cars driven by drunk illegals with no insurance? There should be a list as long as the border! there should be lots of willing lawyers out there that would hop on this case, they would be setting a new president! Did I say that right? Hey I think I have just the right man for the job, what about Alabama's chief justice Roy Moore who got fired for having the 10 commandments in his courthouse? I can't think of a better lawyer to take the case, I would be willing to bet money he is not for this amnestything!

In Florida, it is a well known tactic of immigrants to pile ten people in a car and purposely cause a car accident so that each of them can claim the $10,000 medical from the other driver's insurance policy. Family can make $100K on one accident. My OWN insurance agent told me this when I asked why our insurance rates were so high. How about a lawsuit based on this?

Now we're getting somewhere....I've wanted to initiate a lawsuit for ever so long. I wonder if we could file against certain senators...McCain/Kennedy etc?
I know you can't sue the IRS...but you can sue individuals who work for the IRS...that's why they rarely give their real names...
Do we need someone who specializes in constitutional law?

Have any lawyers been approached?
It would have to be someone who is not afraid of going up against some very formidable opponents - I don't mean other lawyers - but the full power of the American government.
I think that is the only reason that a lot of personal injury lawyers haven't already done this.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

I just sent an e mail to Justice Roy Moore, per the suggestion above.
Hopefully if this is something he doesn't wish to get involved with; he might have a suggestion or two.
I'm going to do more research tomorrow. For today, I have to spend my time on the telephones and not give these traitors in the White House and Senate a moments' peace.

30% of all federal prisoners are illegal aliens. Obviously, they committed a serious crime or they wouldn't be in federal prison. The part about hurting evryone is also obvious. Every American taxpayer has to pay for their imprisonment. That is a direct affect/harm to us.

Bush has already been sued over illegal immigration in 2002. You can look up the case in the Washington DC federal court records. The defendants were Bush, Ashcroft and Thompson. The plaintiff was Sadowski.

We should be considering a Constitutional challenge to amnesty if it passes. As you know, any law can be challenged for Constitutionality in federal court. I have already spoke to Judicial Watch about this and I was told they would have to see exactly what law passes.
