Commercial IN SPANISH on discovery channel!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have people gone completely crazy? Just right now on ID channel part of Discovery channel, a commercial for Time Warner Cable, IN SPANISH! Have we lost it? What on earth is that? Any body with similar experience?
