    What does everyone really think?

    What do you really think in light of the recent betrayal of the will of the American people?

    Post your comments here and please be mindful of the forum's rules that include, in part, no talk of violence, civil war, etc. But I would like to throw a few dozen bushel baskets of rotten wormy tomatoes at Boosch, McCain, Kennedy, et al. :P

    As for me, I'm:

    1) disgusted;

    2) saddened;

    3) disillusioned;

    4) angry; and

    I feel quite betrayed by all levels of government involved in this decision that has the potential to destroy our beloved country by giving into the demands of 36 million illegal aliens.

    But I'm still in the battle.

    For you people out there that believe in prayer, we need it more than ever right now that God would turn the hearts of the decisionmakers to the will and ear of the people.

    Hmmm - I was only going to use the first verse but seems many more apply. The king's heart - Boosch - is it too hardened to be turned back to the Americans who put him in office and looked to him for leadership with integrity not the leadership of deceit we're seeing of secret phone taps, going to war based on faulty intelligence, etc.

    Some pearls of wisdom from Proverbs 21:

    1 The king's heart is in the hand of the Lord, as the rivers of water: he turneth it whithersoever he will.

    2 Every way of a man is right in his own eyes: but the Lord pondereth the hearts.

    3 To do justice and judgment is more acceptable to the Lord than sacrifice.

    4 An high look, and a proud heart, (Jorge Boosch) and the plowing of the wicked, is sin.

    5 The thoughts of the diligent tend only to plenteousness; but of every one that is hasty only to want. (the illegals who hastily want citizenship without waiting in line and the corporations that hasten to plenty profits by hiring cheap labor)

    6 The getting of treasures by a lying tongue is a vanity tossed to and fro

    If you voted for Bush in 2004 you gave the okay for the betrayal. Bush showed what he was in 2001.

    If you don't feel that the price of amnesty should be that the R majority loses its majority then you STILL support the betrayal.

    If amnesty becomes law I will vote against every R on the ballot on election day 2006.

    dxd,

    Guilty as charged. I voted for Bush in 2004. I didn't see his real colors until the WMD questions and until I learned about the massive number of illegal aliens here that he wants to grant am-nasty too. Also, seeing that's he's more interested in helping Iraq establish "democracy" while the democratic process of our nation has gone by the wayside as Bush has moved toward the role of dictator. He imagines himself the king.

    The Dems are banking on just that (that angry citizens will vote the Republicans out). And all those illegals they're registering to vote at their protests will vote Dem, Dem will become a majority and then the invaders will, if granted amnesty , start voting their Reconquista goons in. Just like Villagarosa of LA who recently claimed "LA is now ours."

    But there's hope with Tancredo and also LOU DOBBS FOR PRESIDENT!

    I feel as though our system has completely failed us. Granted it's not as bad as it COULD be, but do we really need things to get THAT bad before we ftake charge? I'm not talking about paying closer attention to politics and continuing to fuel a system that has proved to be a mockery of our beliefs and values. It is time for change.

    I'm grateful that they MARCHED and woke up so many wonderful AMERICANS.

    I'm thrilled that so many AMERICANS are angry and made the decision to stand up, be counted and joined the fight.

    I'm excited that Congress is learning that they're not escaping the fire without being burned.

    I'm thanking God that LaRaza and the rest of the Anti-American groups are finally being exposed.

    I feel good today The landscape in this arena has dramatically changed from a few years ago.

    2ndamendsis, Thanks for the positive side. Those like me, who just became aware of this issue, a very short time ago, don't have the experience to see what you have from the length of your activism.

    Thanks again,

    I will always be proud to be an american. I am now extremely disappointed in our government whom we voted into office and does not listen to the will of the american people. We will have to vote all of them out and get new people in there, people who represent us the american citizens and not big business and special interests. This experience and the last five years of how our government has been run has seriously opened my eyes and I am sure yours. More average americans must look into running for office to get out these hacks that create the beauracratic bull**** and constantly give us the routine of "It can't be done", meanwhile lining their pockets at our expense. Our government runs just like a fortune 500 company, all talk and no action while the money just keeps rolling in. Trust me I know I worked for one for many years.
    Freedom isn't free... Don't forget the men who died and gave that right to all of us....

    dxd,
    RE" If you voted for Bush in 2004 you gave the okay for the betrayal. Bush showed what he was in 2001"Quote

    I take full responsibility for voting for Bush in 2004! I will tell you the reason I voted for Bush. You I say, you because evidently you are a democrat right? Anyway, I voted for Bush, and I will be man enough to say here I would do it again, were the circumstances the same again as it was in 2004. I will not ever vote for John Kerry for even dog catcher! The man gives me the creeps and did the first time I saw him on TV, he reminds me of an old time snake oil salesman! I think he was a traitor to his country when he went over to speak with leader of the North Vietnamese when we were still at war with Vietnam and while he was suppose to be in the naval reserves.I could go on and on about the subject of Mr.John Kerry, I won't there would be nothing gained by it because you either see him as a snake like I do or you see him as a possible savior like the dems did, I have to say they were just as blinded by him as you evidently think we who voted for Bush was blinded to his ways. It was not so much we were blinded, we were not so much voting for Bush, as voting venehemtly against John Kerry! Bush is a bumbling inept blind fool as far as the illegal immigrant issue is concerned and should be kicked out of office if he doesn't change his views and secure our borders and deny amnesty to the illegals. Bush has not commited treason to his country, it's not his picture that hangs with MS. Jane Fonda's pic in the museum devoted to the North Vietnamese, it is the pic of John Kerry, that hangs there as aiding and abetting the enemy. he was the traitor not Bush in my eyes at least! Both sides, the republicans and the democrats are just as culpable in this nasty illegal alien business, not one any more then the other, neither is fit to run our nation at this time!
    Build the dam fence post haste!
