The [classical] muzak they play in the background is a lot of:
Baroque era - JS Bach (a few minutes ago, the counterpoint was very revealing) - this might still be part of the same work (suite, concerto, etc). The Cello suites are some of his best works - they are individual instrumentals not orchestrated pieces.
Personally, CSpan - if you're looking here - I'd like to hear some variety to your muzak selection (other classical is fine).
