The government intended to do an unannounced deposit of 500 illegal alien children on the campus, but plans were discovered and people spoke up. Concerns mentioned include communicable diseases and gang violence from the “teenagers.”

"An interesting detail was how the administration signed a lease for five months, with an option to extend it for up to three years.

So a rapid solution, either deportation or amnesty, is not necessarily the plan. The administration might like the idea of establishing Europe-style deluxe refugee camps where asylum pests live for years while their cases are considered. Another Washington scheme was to house some of the high maintenance young people at a closed Baltimore office complex, but the mayor and both Senators (all Democrats) objected and the plan was shelved. Democrats believe scruffy immigrants are for thee but not for me."

Criticism Building Against Plan For Unaccompanied Minors

DALLAS - "Opposition and criticism are building against Dallas County Commissioner Clay Jenkins’ plan to bring to Dallas 2,000 unaccompanied minors from Central America who crossed the Texas border. On Thursday, Judge Jenkins announced three proposed sites to house the youngsters. Those places include Hulcy Middle School in Dallas’ Red Bird area, the Lamar School in Grand Prairie, and a building at the Parkland Hospital complex in Dallas. But Katrina Pierson, a Garland Tea Party leader, says the problem is, Judge Jenkins isn't planning to have the commissioners court vote on his plan or formally receive residents’ input. So a lot of Tea Partiers, grass roots conservatives, and people in general, parents, will be going to commissioners court next week to try to have their voices heard.”

Over the past month, many have come to believe this latest, massive wave into the 30 year plus invasion has been well planned and executed. Of course it has:

So you see, this latest massive invasion by illegal minors has been underway and well funded for quite some time: FY 20013-14 Budget: $150 million. "Funding: Grants and contracts by U.S. federal, state, and local government, foundations, and corporations; special events; private contributions." That means YOUR wallet. More of the money you work so hard for stolen to pay for ILLEGALS.

Jobs? It's illegal to hire illegal aliens in this country, yet it appears that program is doing it with the blessing of YOUR incumbent in Congress. Do take the time to read Trevor's entire piece because it's an eye opener; get it around on social media and talk radio.

So you see, the revelation a couple weeks ago about escort services now makes sense:

To add injury to insult, those liars, cheats and thieves, illegal aliens, are being rewarded by political animals:

We know those coming from South America in this latest wave of an all out invasion are infected with all kinds of diseases like TB, scabies, lice; the list goes on. I urge you to go read my column above on Mexican pirates; if you can't read it right now, book mark and read over lunch or after dinner. I don't think Americans fully understand what has been going on along our border here in Texas. How dire it is for land owners - including those of Mexican ancestry. That was over four years ago. Not a damn thing has been done that should have been done except overload our border patrol. And yet, the American people are so happy with this dangerous, on-going situation, they continue to reelect the same incumbents in the primaries so far so they can go back to Washington, DC and point the finger at the impostor president or the other party. The other reason I ask you read my column on Mexican pirates is because there's critical information about the constitutional militia I don't need to copy and paste over to this column.

The back lash by Americans who are against illegal aliens, minors or adults, continues and as expected, the feds intend to bring in the dragoons to crush any opposition:

Naturally, the America hating groups showed up: Pro-Amnesty Crowd Burns American Flag at Murrieta on 4th of July - "Another anti-illegal immigration activist said that pro-amnesty demonstrators called her a "f***ing whore" in Spanish, and shouted, "F*** America!"

If you think that's just in California, let me tell you a true story. About a year ago I went to the car wash; do it yourself. Four stalls. All four had cars being wiped down and detailed in the stalls despite the big sign in each stall which says: No detailing here, use designated spots. All four males were Mexican. I got out of my SUV and politely reminded one young man about the sign and could he please move the BMW he was detailing? He aggressively moved towards me and shouted, "Get out of my country white bitch". That's the second time I've had that thrown in my face here in Big Spring. I got back in my SUV and called the man who owns that car wash. He was there within five minutes. The punks backed down and moved the cars.

Cities and towns do NOT want all those illegals dumped into their communities and they absolutely have the right to say no to the feds as do all the 50 state governors:

As I wrote in a recent column, Arizona and Texas are doing what they can which in reality is equivalent to an elephant scratching his back with a toothpick. Arizona signed a state militia bill into law over three years ago. A lot of good that did since it hasn't been funded and there's no organization. One of our better state reps, Brandon Creighton, wrote in a recent op-ed piece:

"Like the least principled foes America has ever met on the battlefield, the cartels are essentially cultivating a massive population of human shields. They must be stopped or this flood of illegal immigration will crush our healthcare system and overwhelm our public schools as it provides cover for the cartels.

"Fortunately, Texas has made border security funding a priority over the past few years because Washington just won't. I am proud to have helped secure funding for the assets the Texas Department of Public Safety is deploying in their efforts to secure the border region. Unfortunately, a number of cuts to border security funding made it necessary for me and a number of my conservative colleagues in the Texas Legislature to vote against last year's budget. However, DPS is still making a remarkable effort with their resources......

"Last fall, the DPS surge essentially stopped the cartels cold at the border for three weeks and I'm confident they'll do the same with the new surge. I am also encouraged by conversations about additional efforts including the idea of local police departments across the state temporarily lending officers to the border effort.

However, those efforts will fall short unless Washington gives the Border Patrol the resources they need to meet their obligations, ranging from more personnel and vehicles for patrols to judges able to conduct hearings. I would also support a special session of the Texas Legislature to discuss necessary funding to get that done.

"Experience tells us that the feds are more interested in calming political turbulence than actually solving problems, so Texas must continue acting aggressively, in a manner that brings measurable results for the country and reminds everyone we are a nation of laws. As Texans , we shouldn't tolerate anything less."

Unfortunately, it's not enough. Stopping the cartels cold for three weeks is nothing but a minor set back for them and terrorists crossing the border. It's even been suggested by one organization that the Texas State Guard, "a great example of a well-regulated and State-sanctioned militia, (i.e., a Constitutional militia)", be used. Wrong. The Texas State Guard is NOT a well-regulated or constitutional militia, they are military:

The Texas State Guard (TXSG) is one of three components of the Texas Military Forces (TXMF), reporting to The Texas Adjutant General located at Texas Military Forces HQ, Camp Mabry (Austin), Texas. The Commander in Chief of the Texas Military Forces is the Governor of Texas. The other two branches are the Texas Army National Guard (TXARNG) and the Texas Air National Guard (TXANG)."

And, if things aren't bad enough, we have this reprehensible situation to deal with: Analyst: 300 Border Agents in Corruption Probe. "How do you corrupt someone like that? It's real easy," he told the newspaper. "You offer them more money in a weekend than they make in an entire year. If you can get a hold of a person's driver's license, you can find out everything — the works.

If the cartels can identify an agent by name and find out where they live, they can come and make an offer. Take our money and turn a blind eye, or we kill your mom. Down in Mexico, the cartels have no problem doing that, and that's where you have a lot of agents fail."

What should have been done a long time ago still is not being done.

Yes, I've read about so-called militia groups coming to the border:

We have independent units from the Bolinas Border Patrol and the Central Valley Citizens militia joining forces with independent citizens militia units of Texas to defend our southern border in Texas, to protest Obama’s lawless open borders policies and to rally support for Governor Perry to officially call out Guard units and Texas militia units at his disposal to defend the border!! Lawsuits will not cut it.

The invasion is happening now. Action must be taken NOW!!"

While I absolutely support Americans who are willing to sacrifice their time and resources to protect our borders, those groups are not the constitutional militia. They have no legal authority or protection if things deteriorate and violence occurs. They could end up being charged with crimes. Tense situations can get out of hand in a heart beat. The true constitutional militia is under the state and the governor. If you listen to the interview I cite below with Dr. Vieira, he explains it much better than I can.

What can you do?

1. If you live in an area where illegals are likely to be shipped - MAP: Where feds are trying to relocate illegal border surgers - call your governor, your state rep, state senator and mayor and tell them NO to illegal aliens being shipped into your town or city. They are here illegally and need to be deported, not rewarded.

2. Call or fax (no emails, all you get is a form response) your U.S. House member and tell he/she to stop funding the obscene outrage known as the Southwest Key Programs. If you can send a fax, you can cut and paste from this column because likely, the staffer has no idea what you're talking about and neither does your congress critter. They vote for trillion dollar budgets without even reading the bills.

3. The same thing goes for your state rep and senator as well as your county board of stupidvisors, city council and mayors. Stop giving your tax dollars to a program that rewards liars, cheats and thieves stealing American jobs when the only right they have is to be deported.

4. Bill O'Reilly called for a boycott against Mexico over our Marine rotting away in one of their jails. I have boycotted Mexico since 1995 after NAFTA went into effect. I also buy nothing from Guatemala, Honduras or El Salvador. I support American workers and farmers first. All those countries are facilitators of this invasion despite their protestations. Take a minute to call their Embassies and tell them you will not hold your convention in Mexico or vacation there nor will you buy any fruits or vegetables from any of those countries. Flood them with polite but firm phone calls.

4. We must get the constitutional militia reconstituted in at least a few states like Texas, Arizona and New Mexico because they are the gateway to the invasion. I know patriots in Montana are working hard to get it done up there, but it is imperative we make it a top priority. If people think those militant Mexican America hating groups aren't just biding their time along with the terrorists crossing the border and vicious gangs like M-13, they are in denial.

We tried last year while our legislature was in session. Nothing got done because there was ZERO support from gun groups in this state and so-called militia groups. Right now our legislature (Texas) is out of session, but bills for the 2015 session are being worked for distribution to committees by Thanksgiving. When I tell you our very survival is going to depend on the constitutional militia, I'm not saying it just to hear my own voice. We know the Department of Fatherland Security has been buying billions of rounds of ammunition. We know alphabet soup agencies that never were authorized to carry guns are now armed to the teeth. Who do you think they have in the cross hairs?

I think it's a civil-rights violation. I think it's a constitutional violation.”

I don't give a tinker's dam if the media and gutless cowards on the left and in the Outlaw Congress call us the usual names while trying to make militia a four letter word. This isn't about going to war against the government as the imbeciles in media and the Outlaw Congress want everyone to believe. We're talking about the survival of our republic. One of the most important things Edwin talks about during the interview above is social breakdown as well as natural disasters and homeland security in the truest sense.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: the ONE thing the power mongers in Washington, DC and their shadow government fear the most from we the people is the constitutional militia. But, until people understand the true meaning of the Second Amendment (which I didn't know until I began reading Edwin's columns back in 2005), we will continue to get kicked around and killed by out of control paramilitarized police forces and our borders will continue to be over run.

Remember what the Second Amendment says: "'A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

Back on September 11, 2012, I wrote a column about a bill to reconstitute the constitutional militia in as many states as possible. We were gearing up here in Texas; like Nevada, North Dakota and Montana our legislatures only meet for 140 days every other odd year. Our legislature ignored us and look at the mess on our border. Don't Mess with Texas is nothing but empty words because the massive invasion going on right now on our border is messing with Texas.

I think our best shot is to focus on Texas (our legislature might be more open on the issue now), New Mexico, Montana, Kentucky, Tennessee and Nevada. States like California, New York, Oregon - they all have a death wish. Arizona does have a state militia bill on the books, but as far as I can find out, nothing is being done by Brewer's office to get it funded and operational. While Texas did nothing last session, if you live in here, these are the state reps to target with your package: Reps. Strickland, Krause, Leach, Simpson, Sheets, Patrick, King (Ken), Toth and Brandon Creighton.

Get your group, tea party chapter, 9-12 groups, gun clubs and any freedom minded groups to print out the items below along with a letter to state reps in the aforementioned states and snail mail the package. Please remember bills for the January session in most states have to be in the hopper by Thanksgiving when they get sorted into committees. If you wait until January, it's too late. Now is the time. If you can or know someone in your state legislature in those states, hand deliver it.

Ideally, if you can, include a copy of Dr. Edwin Vieira's superb, short book (112 pgs), Thirteen Words. That short book should be in every civics class in every high school in this country. "Powerful!
