I like you Judy, but you need to face reality in light of recent events.....Trump is a two-faced lying back-stabber. I hate to say it, but it's true. He royally screwed us over. At this point, I could really care less if he gets impeached. Maybe Pence will handle things better.

Hi Judy. Rush Limbaugh is going in the direction you are talking about on the meeting today. He at least hopes that was what was going on. The president knows how to create drama for certain and words do matter. We must keep sending the message of no amnesty.

Someone in the room said bluntly that the president was not getting all of those things on the list. Reads like a Stephen Miller and Kris Kobach list.

We have kept amnesty attempts away for a decade and we elect someone who we thought saw things through the eyes of the American people. I know many of us are tired of the games on illegal immigration. Be black and white in your words, not gray.

The president bashed Romney as being too hard when it came to his immigration views and talk of self deportation. President Trump has taken different positions.

In light of some of the comments he's made today, you're going to have a very rough time defending him. Maybe tomorrow will be a better day for you to go back into the defense mode.

And actually Judy, Trump getting impeached and having Pence as President would serve me much better and would probably actually be in my best interest. You know me from being from Chicago, or the Chicago area. I actually live in Northwest Indiana, right across the border from Chicago/Illinois. Most of us here in Northwest Indiana work in Illinois. Pence being a fellow Hoosier from Indiana, if he became president, maybe he could suck some of the good jobs out of liberal Illinois and bring them here to Indiana.

With Trump screwing us over, I say go ahead and impeach that ass. Pence for President!!!!!! Yes!!!!!!!

I've been here 12 years, GeorgiaPeach, I know all about it. I also know that while we have succeeded in stopping amnesty, we have not succeeded in stopping illegal immigration. Trump wants to stop illegal immigration. That is his goal. His issue is not the DACAs, it's getting the legislation and funding to stop illegal immigration as well as reduce legal immigration at the same time. We've not succeeded in stopping illegal immigration because we really haven't had the Congress we needed to pass the bills that are needed. We got border security, a fence with huge gaps in it, we got the modern "security" with billions of dollars of phony cameras that couldn't tell the difference between a bird and an illegal alien, so BP turned them off. We got troops on the border, but they were stationed 100 miles from the border and they were only authorized to work on equipment maintenance for BP not guard the border. We've been punked for 12 years.

So lets give him a chance to do what he's trying to do and see how we come out when he's done.

Well at this point, Trump completely turned his back on us and lied to us to get our votes. Maybe if he got impeached now, before he's able to grant amnesty to these illegals, and keeping these job-stealing tech workers from India, instead of sending them home, like he promised, maybe Pence can keep this all from happening. I don't know if we can trust Pence, but we already know that we can't trust Trump.

I don't only want a stop to illegal immigration, but I want the 20 million illegals who are already here to leave as well. If we give these job-stealers amnesty, more will come. And even if more don't come, I still want the ones that are already here to leave. And not just the illegals, but also the tech-job-stealing H1-B people who came here from India.

And as far as the military on our border, I think that's a great idea. We should have bases all over our southern border.

Actually I think we would be much better served to stop bad things from happening now instead of placing ourselves in a position of only being able to complain when the bad deed is done. Some of us don't have enough trust in Trump to just sit back and think he'll take care of us. We must stay on him every step of the way!
