Tom Perez is once again using his office to further a personal and divisive agenda while he awaits his appointment as the Secretary of Labor. Harry Reid has cut a deal to insure that he is confirmed by negotiating the "Nuclear Option".

If you think Mr. Perez is operating unethically for his position, you can complain here.

    Where to Report Misconduct in...

The U.S. Office of Government Ethics (OGE) does not handle complaints of misconduct, nor does OGE have investigative or prosecutorial authority. OGE's mission is one of prevention. However, there are several agencies and entities across federal, state, and local governments that are responsible for investigating and prosecuting misconduct. Below you will find links to agencies that handle complaints against specific categories of government employees.
    The Executive Branch

Below you will find links to agencies that handle complaints against specific categories of executive branch employees.

    • Federal employees

In most cases, the Inspector General (IG) of the department or agency involved investigates alleged misconduct.

For a list of agency IGs, please visit the Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency (CIGIE).

When necessary, the Federal Bureau of Investigation of the Department of Justice may investigate alleged misconduct of federal employees.
    • Department of Justice attorneys accused of engaging in misconduct in connection with their duties to investigate, litigate, or provide legal advice

The Office of Professional Responsibility has jurisdiction to investigate these allegations, as well as related allegations of misconduct by law enforcement personnel. (The Department of Justice Inspector General (IG) also has jurisdiction to investigate certain allegations of employee misconduct. The Department of Justice IG hotline is: 1-800-869-4499)
    • Assistant U.S. Attorneys and U.S. Attorneys accused of other offenses

      Legal Counsel's Office
Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys (EOUSA)
      Bicentennial Bldg., Room 2200
      600 E. Street, NW
      Washington, DC 20530

How and where do you report the misconduct of our whole political system. You know the same system and politicians that are ignoring our laws and destroying our Constitution and Bill of Rights. The same misconduct of these politicians that are perpetrating this misconduct and making new laws to protect themselves against us. Oh wait we have and it still gets ignored!!!!

They would have to swamped with complaints - sort of like jamming the Congressional switchboard.

Here is my message just sent to them...

    Department of Justice Sanford.florida@usdoj.gov ,

You requested tips about the George Zimmerman case and I have a good one for you. Don't put George Zimmerman in Double Jeopardy just because of the mob rule politics the Obama administration supports in an effort to disarm lawful American gun owners! You do the name of Civil Rights in America great injustice by trying to further persecute George Zimmerman who obviously should have never been put on trial in the first place due to the overwhelming evidence he was simply acting in self defense. You are now attempting to violate Zimmerman’s civil rights. Our courts and jurors have spoken and the DOJ attempting to override the Judicial Branch of our government is inappropriate and Unconstitutional. Furthermore, you decline to go after NSA privacy snoops, IRS political persecutions, the Fast and Furious guns you bought for Mexican drug cartel assassins or those that failed us in Benghazi, but you are going to try to use a politically biased agency to 'lynch' George Zimmerman? Beware such abuse of power DOJ, because just like many of the thugs in the streets claiming "We are all Trayvon" many lawful American gun owners of all races see the potential for anyone defending their lives with a gun to be the next George Zimmerman persecuted by your administration and your liberal allies in the media. All American citizens that value gun rights, the Rule of Law, and trials by jury “are George Zimmerman!” We see your lies DOJ, we see your hypocrisy, keep your hands off of George Zimmerman and our American rights! -- William Gheen
