I had the same discussion with one of my best gay friends tonight - Identity politics..

He is an smart guy and is buying into the "Its those damn Republicans".

Anyone who believes this nonsense is buying into the game. REpubs and Dems are all on the same side - almost all of our current politicians are in on this.

THIS COUNTRY IS RUN BY BIG BUSINESS NOT POLITICAL PARTIES

The other excuse I am tired of is "It would be too expensive to send them back" or spend more on border control- BS. It will be very expensive to let them stay and more will keep coming.

We need to vote all of these crooks out of office one by one

Boots, we are on the same wavelength.\

This is a truly bi-partisan effort on the part of this government. I do not, for a moment believe 1% of them want the illegals sent home.

If we pull them kicking and screaming to doing the right thing, I will be surprised -

If, however, we let them get by without doing something before the election, we are lost. Once they are back in there again, they will vote as their 'employers' (that's not us, folks) want.

Personally, I think we need to vote out everyone now in office, except Tancredo, maybe there are others, I am skeptical.

Just start a new party - call it the 'Newbie' party. That's anyone but the encumbent.

Welcome Stuff. I agree This is not about liberal/conservative...it's about saving our country.

This has been my question all along. Why aren't they and their advocates making demands of their governments at home?
They can't. I worked many years in Mexico and I can tell you that if they march in Mexico City for the wrong cause they will end-up in a Mexican prison. Some of the Latino leaders have for years tried to establish some of their socialist movements in Mexico, but if you get too strong then the ruling regime will have you forcibly removed. So, they come to the good old USA where they can be illegal, demonstrate, get free welfare support, and then lead a movement who's purpose is to destroy our existing way of life. Did I mention that George and Laura will put out the welcome Mat for them and sing our National Anthem to them in Spanish.

If I knew how to start and help run a new political party we could all be proud of and actually WIN in any election, I would do it. Unfortunately the only government service I've been a part of in my life is military. Military doesn't teach you politics, they teach you how to fight and kill. With politics, you can't be doing such things - at least not as far as I am aware.

Guess I shouldn't be so hard on myself for ONLY being a part of military and nothing else, because our president has been part of everything other THAN serving his country honorably.

At any rate, I agree - we DO need another party which can actually get it right.

    Yes, politics can kill

The politicians are killing our country. Maybe very soon we are going to need your services to defend our borders and keep the Southwest in the Union.

    put signs in his yard

How about a bumber sticker saying I hire illegals to build houses and enable me to buy fancy cars.

Signs in his yard - I hire illegals at your expense - would be a start.

Time to start outing these folks with a little Guerilla Advertising.

I think Gilcrist may run for president with that party.

There are some very good reps and senators out there. Pick and choose who needs to be removed.

Go to www.betterimmigration.com and look at their report cards...

Welcome Stuff,I can tell you why, they would probably be shot down in the street by their corrupt police. I saw a speaker the other day on O'reilly. His name was Ward Connerly, he is the president and founder of the The Civil rights Institute, that might be the American Civil Rights Institute, not sure about that, anyway he was one of the most articulate speaking guest that Bill has had on his show. He was totally against illegal immigration and amnesty and had just returned from being on the border with the minutemen. he was so upset because the illegal's aquated their plight with the plight of the Afro American's during their civil rights fight during the late 60's and 70s. We need more leaders of his caliber to help us in this fight! The illegal's protest here because they know they can get away with it, they think they are going to bring us to our knees, me, I am hoping we have them on their feet and running for the border before long, not with violence, but with public pressure kept on our leaders both state and local and a big cutoff of entitlements, they get that doesn't belong to them. I think this Wade Connerly would make a wonderful congressman or senator. We need men like him. He has a site on the web, you might want to check out http://www.acri.org/
Build the dam fence post haste!
