"Everyone has the right to choose where to live"

    From the Homepage of "ImmigrationWatch.com":
"Just because human beings are created equal and EVERYONE HAS THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE WHERE TO LIVE doesn't necessarily mean you can migrate freely from country to country. You have to claim YOUR RIGHT. Have you recently submitted your application to USCIS to CLAIM YOUR RIGHT TO WORK OR LIVE IN USA? (sic) If yes, you might be anxiously wondering how your case is going and how USCIS is doing. Shedding some light unto the perceived darkness of the endless long waiting is what this site is all about."

    (Capital letters mine.)

No. they don't [have a RIGHT to immigrate here].
Immigration into the US is not a 'right' nor entitlement. Nowhere in the US Constitution is such concept outlined. It is a privilege.

There's nothing like a good argument or assertion based on heartfelt conviction totally devoid of facts.

Yea right just try you try to move Mexico with nothing but the clothes on your back. Almost all countries except U.S. require money to be able to support yourself or at least a minimum investment in a business in their country. Most countries don't want poor immigrants. They will have to take care of later or immigrants looking for work in their country. Taking jobs from their citizens.

Nobody has the inherent right to come here and live, we have the right to pick and choose who we think would make good citizens, we can not possible let everyone in here who wants to live in the United States.
The wait is so long now because to many want to come here.

Can I move to Sweden if I want to? I mean, if all of we humans have a right to move about the earth freely, with no borders and no boundaries, then I can go to Sweden...correct?

Hmm...guess not. Guess the truth is that the U.S. is the only country that believes in open borders.
Calderon was absolutely right when he said...."Where there is a Mexican, there is Mexico".

As someone posted before on this subject; then we all want to live in the Garden of Eden, but that's not gonna happen because most of us want to obey the laws. We get our reward later.
