art.33 of the Mexican
Constitution, which says ------ "that it should have the exclusive
right "to expel from the Mexican national territory immediately and without
necessity of judicial proceeding ALL FOREIGNERS whose stay it judge
inconvenient. Foreigners may not in any manner involve themselves in the
political affairs of
the Mexican country"
