    Now Bush says to fund an enforcement bill before bringing the bill up again.

    Oh, now he wants to fund enforcement. Funny how he will twist and turn to try and get his way, I say we ALL better be watching like hawks. This is just another of his wicked tricks.

    Sooo...he is saying, lets get a enforcement bill in place first BEFORE bringing up the bill again?

    What is he trying to pull?
    Does this delay the scamnesty bill?

    It looks like Bush is backing off. He's advising the Senate to get security going first before bringing the bill up again. He's asking for funding.

    Maybe someone needs to remind him that an enforcement bill already exists.
