Typical attitude on their part.

All anyone has to do is observe what happened after the 1986 immigration bill whose main purpose was to stop illegal immigration. It included everything necessary: seal the border, fine employers who hire illegals, deport illegals, etc. yet none of the enforcement was carried out.
