Sounds like you might need to install the Fax drivers, S/W within MS Windoes first (just a guess)?

Normally, Windoes treats a fax 'device' like another printer. So, when you go to 'print', you select your Fax printer option, and then 'Print' and then you'll see a series of windows which prompt you for cover page, contact info, and then finally, away the fax goes... Note: this all assumes you have and have hooked up, a dial-up connection going out) If you're a cable (eg. Comcast) connection then ???? - I haven't explored that yet - but need to.

My fax is not hooked to my computer its in my kitchen as I ran out of room, but I don't know what i'm doing anyway its all greek to me!! I'm old grew up with 45 records I just learned to copy and paste, normally I can highlight, print it out and go fax it!

OK, it sounds like your fax is a conventional 'stand-alone' unit - eg. that is, you are not faxing directly from your PC, nor is it a multi-function unit (combined printer, fax, etc, etc). If that's the case, then I'm probably not good for much help here. If it is specific to a PC problem, then I might be.

I GOT IT!!!!! MY HUSBAND JUST CALLED AND TOLD ME HOW TO DO IT AND THE PICTURE PRINTED OFF THE COMPUTER AND I FOUND OUT HOW I WAS SCREWING UP ON THE FAX MACHINE..... OH HAPPY DAYSSS!! OK LETS ROLL!! finally! Thanks for the support to all!! you guys are great!
