OK I FOUND A SITE THAT IS ASKING FOR FARM WORKERS. BUT IF YOU CLICK ON THE AD TO READ IT, THE AD IS THERE WITH NO CONTACT INFO TO ACTUALLY APPLY FOR THE JOB.

THIS IS WHAT THEY DO. THEY RUN AN AD SO THEY CAN SAY THEY RAN AN AD, BUT THEN YOU CANT APPLY BECAUSE THERE IS NO CONTACT INFO. THEN THEY SAY NO ONE ANSWERED TO AD LOL.

YOU CAN POST A RESUME TO THE SITE, BUT NOT APPLY FOR SPECIFIC JOBS AT SPECIFIC LOCATIONS. I NEVER POST MY RESUME ON A SITE AS I AM AFRAID OF ID THEFT. I GET THE NAME AND LOCATION OF THE COMPANY AND APPLY DIRECTLY TO THE COMPANY.

FURTHERMORE THIS IS A STRATEGY USED TO BE ABLE TO SAY NO ONE APPLIED TO THEIR COMPANY. IF YOU POST YOUR RESUME ON A SITE, YOU ARE NOT APPLYING TO A SPECIFIC COMPANY. THEREFORE THEY CAN SAY NO ONE APPLIED....EVEN THOUGH THERE MAY BE RESUMES POSTED ON THE SITE. STILL THEY CAN SAY NO ONE APPLIED TO THEIR AD. AND IT DOES NOT SAY HOW MUCH THEY PAY. HERE IS THE LINK. I AM SURE THERE ARE OTHERS BUT I DID NOT HAVE TIME TO LOOK FURTHER TODAY. HERE IS THE LINK:

Ahhh...It was bucking bales of hay. Most of the hay is now huge bales. We used to go to the field to get our hay for livestock, and it was hard work..the boys got summer money by "bucking" bales onto trailers and trucks, then hauling to local customers. It was physically demanding work. Now it is done mostly by forklifts.
Picking strawberries is not "hard" work compared to lifting bales of hay that can weigh 50 - 100 lbs., but it does have a lot of stooping, bending, and squatting, and you have to be in good physical shape to do it.
At $15 - 20 per hour, I might try to get into shape to do it!!..
Seriously, I had no idea farmers were paying that kind of wages for agricultural farm work. Those are the advertised jobs I bet, and the rest are under the table...just another sneaky thought.
