The ICE guys I work with are good guy's. They put in a lot of their own time in helping the local's. Three agents covering 18 counties, with God knows how many illegal's can only do so much. Then you get a local Sheriff right in the middle who will not even bother to sign his name on a 287 (g) package.

It's not the enforcers, it's the bureaucracy we have to put up with.

Who say we cannot deport them? ICE is doing it one at a time. When ICE get their hand on illegal aliens, they do not let go until they are out of this country.
ICE is deporting those the arrested in Reno and those that they let go home to their children will be going also. That is if they can find them.

If ICE had more agents, they could arrest and deport more.
ICE is not going to stop because they are doing their job and they are doing it legally.

    Way to go ICE.

Maybe, but unfortunately they do seem to ignore a lot of the illegals that they don't consider dangerous. For example, how many stories have we heard where local and state law enforcement officials have been instructed to release captured illegals? IMHO, ICE has a lot of room left for improvement.

I don't think anyones thanking the Bush administration, we are thanking the ICE agents and their management who are enforcing the law and putting their lives on the line daily.

Don't forget ICE is constantly dealing with garbage getting thrown at them by the ACLU, Lawyers Guild, and every other leftist wacko fringe group, each hoping to throw that magic wrench into effective immigration enforcement that will make ICE stop. Then you also have the pandering politicians (the poor children...) trying to throw their wrenchs at ICE.

I agree, they are caught between a rock and a hard place.

They do deserve a big thank you. If not for them there would be very little enforcement going on, though some states, towns and cities are getting wise, despite the lawsuits.

Kudos to all of them that are working hard and getting bombarded by the pro-illegal aliens.

You have to remeber that the Mexican people
in general are extremely supertitious and would
take any raid done anywhere and will transform
it into something many times bigger.

So any arrest reported in the media is great news
because that would reverbate throughtout the
country and the will fear that they will be next.

It's a mind game that can be very effective.

You will hear a recording that lasts about a minute. After that, you will be conected to a person. Tell him/her what a great job they are doing by enforcing our laws.
Since when does ICE enforce our laws

I've called them numerous times to report illegals and they have yet to do a thing.

Not true. ICE lets illegals go all the time. If you're an illegal and you say you have kids at home or something they'll let you out.

They call it a "humanitarian release". I call it aiding and abetting.
