I'm no roofing expert but isn't it a little cold in South Dakota to be working on roofs? Here in Nebraska our roofs are covered with snow.

I am a roofing expert and the back of the wrapper says it must be 44 degrees to install shingles, otherwise the nail shatters the shingle like glass!

Just got off the phone with some "higher up" in the company. I came out and asked him IF these guys on my roof had thier Green Cards... He said Yes, of Course they do.
Its Sunday I told him, my wife just had surgery and it was unusual to work on SUNDAY. He said they work 7 days a week, to get everyone done they had us scheduled for today.
I'm feeling DUPED! LaParade Roofing... They say thier Local, I find it hard to swallow, the Emergency number I called had a 720 Prefix...

If they can't speak English then they are hazard to have working there. I dont care if they have their papers or not. I'd expect better from SD because I saw ALL kinds of Americans doing the work "Americans wont do" when I was there over the summer.

For the sake of preserving your state, please make a STINK about them not knowing English.
