High School in California raises mexico's flag over US flag
I am sorry if this has already been posted but it is a outrage please go to the link to see full article and pictures:
Several pictures said to be from Montebello high school in Montebello, California, that show students raising the Mexican flag with an American flag flying below it and upside down. The email also includes commentary about the future of American, but the main feature of the email is the pictures of the flags.
The Truth:
The pictures are true. They were taken at Montebello high school on Monday, March 27, 2006. The students were part of a walkout aimed at influencing Congress, which was debating immigration policy and the potential of cracking down on illegal immigrants in the country. Although the flag-raising took place at Montebello high school, officials of the Montebello Unified School District were quick to point out that the protesters were not students from Montebello high school. Assistent Superintendent Robert Henke said the high school was under a lockdown and all the students were in their classrooms. He said that the 800 to 1000 students were from neighboring school districts such as the El Rancho Unified School District and the Whittier Union High School District. They marched to Montebello high school, lowered the flags, replaced the school flag with a Mexican flag, flew the U.S. flag upside down, and stole the California flag that had been on the pole.

We have 3 auto dealerships in town flying the Mexican flag. One is flying the Texas flag and the Mexican flag. One is flying the Mexican flag and sales flags. The last is flying the U.S. flag and the Mexican flag.
I realize that flying that Mexican flag is not against the law, even if they're not being flown correctly. But I'm a veteran, daughter of a veteran, sister of a veteran, married to a retired, disabled veteran. We did not serve only to see a foreign flag being flown above U.S. soil.
We kindly asked the owner to take them down. He laughed.

Truely a sad event when students who have "limited" rights are able to disrespect the flag without any type of discipline. However, I don't fault the students in this case, I fault the faculty and staff of the school who allowed this to happen. Unfortunately, I don't see anyone holding them accountable either.

Title I, Chapter 4, Section 7(c) of the US Flag Code reads: "No other flag or pennant should be placed above or, if on the same level, to the right of the flag of the United States of America, except during church services conducted by naval chaplains at sea, when the church pennant may be flown above the flag during church services for the personnel of the Navy. No person shall display the flag of the United Nations or any other national or international flag equal, above, or in a position of superior prominence or honor to, or in place of, the flag of the United States at any place within the United States or any Territory or possession thereof."

There you have it Faye. Does what the dealerships are doing violate the statute? Pushing this issue might start a national debate and expose how we are losing our country.

So those students were invaders. The same behavior as their parents and themselves if they came here illegally as children."We have a sacred, noble obligation in this country to defend the rule
