Thread: Hillary Clinton Calls Many Trump Backers ‘Deplorables,’ and G.O.P. Pounces

Now, some of those folks — they are irredeemable, but thankfully they are not America. But the other basket — and I know this because I see friends from all over America here — I see friends from Florida and Georgia and South Carolina and Texas — as well as, you know, New York and California — but that other basket of people are people who feel that the government has let them down, the economy has let them down, nobody cares about them, nobody worries about what happens to their lives and their futures, and they’re just desperate for change. It doesn’t really even matter where it comes from.

They don’t buy everything he says, but he seems to hold out some hope that their lives will be different. They won’t wake up and see their jobs disappear, lose a kid to heroin, feel like they’re in a dead-end. Those are people we have to understand and empathize with as well.

American voters are not objects you arrange in baskets, Hillary. American voters are not redeemable or irredeemable like a grocery store coupon. American voters are not here for you to judge, assess, or speak about as fruit in a basket or toys in a closet. You don't know what we think or why we think it or how we feel about it, so I'm going to tell you.

We want our country fixed. You and the rest of our government have failed to secure our borders, failed to protect our trade, jobs and income, failed to grow our economy, balance our budget, defend our nation, win a war, or resolve a threat, and we're fed up with incompetence and betrayal.

We don't "feel" like we're in a "dead-end". We feel betrayed because we have been on the highest level and in the worst possible way.

No one who supports amnesty for illegal aliens as much as I know you want to keep your maids and lawn-cutters and the "Latino Vote" can be President of the United States.

No one who ever supported a NAFTA, a TPP or any trade treason in-between can be President of the United States.

No one who ever lied to the parents of American citizens killed on foreign soil in the service of our country can be President of the United States.

No one who calls people they don't know racists, bigots, xenophobes, homophobes or other names whether they are or not can be President of the United States.

You can't be President of the United States. It's over for you. Stick a fork in you, Hillary, because you're done.

No amount of talking points memos, no amount of CORRUPT MEDIA attempts to report but down-play your stupidity and blunders can or will save you.

Trump is right. You don't have what it takes as a person to be President of the United States.

And to all the voters who don't care about the same things many of US care about, to them I say, do you really want to spend the next 4 years listening to a President who talks to the public in girly talk sorting through people and countries here and abroad like she's organizing fruit in baskets at rehab?

Is this really who you want to have the nuclear codes? Someone who makes decisions based on such "grotesque generalizations" that turn out to be completely false? And then says "oops, my bad, my regrets, I thought they were bigots or racists or dictators and deserved to die, even though I didn't even know them, oh well, I learn from my mistakes."

Honestly?!!

Well, one more question for you. Who would you want in the foxhole with you?

California and New York voters, let me tell you. You're the targets in a war. China and North Korea are aimed at you. Russia is aimed at New York and DC. If you really want this "experienced" buffoon who has failed at every international policy she's ever been involved with that cost thousands of people their lives at the helm of this nation, then God Help US All.

This election isn't about who marries who, who can terminate an unwanted pregnancy, the US Supreme Court has already decided thia, or what bathroom you can use, federal courts have already spoken. This election is about whether or not there is a World War III, and if there is one, who wins it. You can already count your loss with Hillary Clinton, because, "as well as, you know, New York and California" you'll no longer be worth redeeming.
