No they didn't support Obamacare, nor did they make a secret pact to oppose repeal. However, they did make a pact to stick together and stop the GOP from falling on their own sword by preventing the passage of RINOcare.

Well, you can pious-frame it however you wish, but in business and government what you thought you were doing doesn't matter, it's what you actually did, which in this case, was make Obamacare permanent.

Are you joshing me? Even Trump has said repeatedly that Obamacare is in a death spiral and will soon implode. When that happens someone better be standing by with a plan.

The GOP has had seven years to work on a plan and I would have thought they could have devised something better than the RINOcare bill they tried to pass off as a valid replacement to Obamacare. They need to go back to the drawing board and come up with something that will actually be an improvement. Just passing something to check off a block on your resume is not acceptable. It has to actually be something better than what you got rid of. I and a lot of other Americans just don't think RINOcare does that.

No one is standing by with a plan. It's over. Trump isn't going through this again for a bunch of nit wits. He's moved on, and rightly so.

Just me, but I don't believe the so called Republicans in Washington wanted to repeal or replace Obamacare with anything that worked.

Again, there needs to be some real work and real thought put into the plan, then it needs to be presented to the American people - in an honest manner.

Did they not come up with a plan because they wanted Obamacare to stay in place? Did they not come up with a plan because they wanted it to seem like a failure on Pres. Trump's part?
Remember, the so called Republican Party has never really been behind Pres. Trump.
