I think a lot of those members of Congress who didn't support Trump are going to be surprised if they have solid Pro-Trump opponents. I hope so anyway. Trump needs a Pro-Trump Congress to do much of what we want to do.

What's your point? While I've never been a Never Trump guy, I've been a Cruz supporter. Does being a former supporter of Cruz mean I support illegal immigrant amnesty and a weak border? Of course it doesn't! ALIPAC has endorsed Trump, but I don't think that means we want to risk replacing all our anti-amnesty friends in the U.S. Congress with amnesty supporters. I don't think we have enough friends to start switching them out for amnesty supporters. Unless the guy that beat Huelskamp is a strong anti-amnesty vote, we lost on this deal. Just saying .....

Not supporting Trump doesn't automatically mean your not against illegal immigrant amnesty, no more than supporting him means you agree with everything he says.

The point is he is a NEVERTRUMP Cruz Supporter who lost his seat in a primary election to a Pro-Trump Supporter. We may have lost on this deal. Don't know anything about Marshall other than he supported the farm bill that Huelskamp voted against and he claims in an ad he's a Pro-Trump Supporter. The question is why would Huelskamp be a NEVERTRUMP Cruz Supporter? I mean he could have supported Cruz, then when Cruz lost, support Trump. Why be a NEVERTRUMP nut? I think that and the farm bill vote cost him the election. If he was one of our guys, then that's a real shame, isn't it? But it was his choice.

I was extremely disappointed to see Trump endorsed Rubio.
