San Diego Minute Men has just confirmed with LE that Rafael Gallegos, reported last night on local news http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PEspgdYO0uo as the arrested arsonist in 3 brush fires set in Chula Vista on Wednesday, is an ILLEGAL ALIEN MEXICAN! We have confirmed he has an ICE hold on him at the County jail.

Neither children nor invaders should play with matches.

If this is true, the MSM will sweep it under the rug.

CHULA VISTA – A man was in custody Thursday on suspicion of intentionally igniting three small fires in the South Bay on a day when wildfire warnings were in effect throughout the region.

Rafael Gallegos, 30, allegedly set a pile of wood and vegetation ablaze Wednesday morning behind a department store on Main Court in Chula Vista, police spokesman Bernard Gonzales said.

Gallegos also is suspected of setting fire to an abandoned car seat in a riverbed area behind Coors Amphitheater a short time later, Gonzales said.
An undercover officer who happened to be in the neighborhood saw Gallegos walking away from another small blaze that was just starting to spread at the base of a tree, Gonzales said.

The policeman questioned Gallegos, then arrested him.

Firefighters were able to promptly put out each of the blazes.

Gallegos was being held at the San Diego Central Jail in lieu of $225,000 bail, according to the San Diego County Sheriff's Department.
