my feeling is that this is EXACTLY what this adminstration wants to happen. They want to take our 2nd amendment rights away so bad they can taste it. Think about it.

I believe this more than ever. What other possible reason could they have for allowing this crap to go on and on? At the very least, every single protestor in every single city should be issued a ticket for obstructing traffic. Then they should start asking of ID's and start deporting.

They think they are so smart.....OUR illegal employers won't want them when they are legal and are entitled to larger wages and health care, etc.

All this talk about how the illegals are coming for jobs that Americans won't do. They are coming to also get on social services. They could never survive on their wages alone that are less than minimum wage. As illegals getting paid under the table, there is no way they are getting paid enough to support themselves and their families. However, this pay along with food stamps, public housing, free health and dental care, and free education, will allow them a survival. This along with the drugs that some of them sell. Mexico has no safety nets. People work to survive or die and going to one of their hospitals is suicide. So they are coming here to work (some of them) but are also coming for the socialism.

In the border town I lived in, it was commonplace to see people pay for their groceries with their state issued free food card, speak only spanish to the cashier, and proceed out to their new SUV, cadillac, ect. The type of vehicles that to this day my husband and I cannot afford unless we want to eliminate things like feeding our kids and saving for their college. Anybody with common sense knows that someone using a card that is the equivalent of food stamps while driving expensive cars, is selling drugs. Like the young gang-bangers driving the $60,000 cars. Does anyone really think these cars aren't paid for with drug money? We are a nation on our metaphoric deathbed. The respirator is on but no sign of brain activity. God, I hope this nation wakes up or I pray none of my kids have children of their own.

They won't want them but they won't need them anymore. The employers will just replace them with all the new illegals that will work for less than minimum wage. And the cycle goes on..........and on..........and on.

And even if they get to do those jobs legally for minimum wage minus taxes they won't be able to support their families. So who's kidding who here?

Surely the gov't can see that.

If they are hell bent on a guest worker plan, they should allow workers only-- no family members-- and pregnant women should have to go home to have their kids.

Does it really matter if Mexicans want part of America for their own?
After all, Bush and that guy from Canada sold America to Mexico today.
