Thread: ALIPAC: Please prepare to fight Guest Worker

I have notified our national list of thousands that our planned September fundraiser is being pushed back to October due to Katrina.

Later this week, we will be launching our efforts to oppose the Bush Guest Worker Amnesty / Shamnesty.

We are asking that all of you please take time to visit the ALIPAC Archives found on the left column and do some reading.

We will give everyone specific instructions and suggestions for this battle, but building up your knowledge base beforehand will help.

We need each of you to be ready to put maximum effort into this struggle. You will need to be able to debate and discuss and articulate. We will need you ready for letters to the editor and call ins to talk radio shows.

We will work to reach the public, persuade the public and build strength in Sept. and then move on the OUTGOING Congress by first of October.

If you are an ALIPAC Discussion Groups user and you plan to enter this battle with us... please prepare and give us a shout out in this thread!

Remember, the truth and the public is on our side but it will take citizen activists and LEADERS to prevail.

Illegal children are enrolled in our schools
My kid gets food taken away if he's a dime short while they get food free

Illegal parents take their families to our hospitals for free
while I pay through the nose, especially since I have coverage

Banks make it possible for illegals to get home loans
when the bank doesn't do me any favors.

My employer isn't threatened by my government for employing illegals.
He'd assume fire me if I don't work for a migrant's wage, how's that for
patriotism?

Everywhere I look, I am told I must speak a different language if I want to survive in the work force of my own country

My government is making the effort to employ illegals all in the name of cheap labor so that these jackass corporates can compete with CHINESE SWEATSHOPS. They don't enforce our immigration laws and they don't bother with watching the borders. My government is guilty of aiding and abetting. My president is a traitor and a fool.

THIS TELLS ME MY GOVERNMENT WANTS MY MONEY BUT NOT ME. THEY DON'T CARE IF I ROT, ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS REPLACE ME.

So Rockfish. Does this mean you will or will not be helping with the Guest Worker opposition project through ALIPAC?

I'm a busy man, as we all are, but I'll try. Debate, as you can tell, is not my strong point, but I'd sure like to kick someone's teeth in. Especially since I have just seen this posted by SCUBAYONS:

The Foreign Relations Secretariat announced Monday that the United States accepted Mexico's offer to send Navy troops and equipment to assist in the continuing Hurricane Katrina rescue effort.

What in the hell are foreign troops doing on our soil? We don't need help that bad. This is a prelude to an invasion. If everyone is out of NO, why would troops be needed?

We've been waiting a long time for this. Please tell us, when, where, what and how asap.

Just waiting for directions.

William, approximately when do you expect us to be writing our lives away? Are there approximate dates or days that it will be?

I will try my best to launch the operation today or Friday. That will give many of us the weekend to craft our letters. We will start a thread where those of us on the forums can post our letter here, where we sent them, and if and when they run.

Others on the big national list can look in on our work for ideas and guidance.

We will start off with a national letter to the editor campaign, then we will move on the talk radio circuit in organized fashion, and then on to the Congress by Oct. 1

Rockfish is a sorry whinning fool. I say more immigration, legal or illegal is what we need. I'd hire more Salvadorans and Guatamalans if I could find'em. I pay them the same as I pay any other employee but they are far more productive than Americans. They have a work ethic that should be the envy of all Americans.

By the way....while they send some of there earning back home to support families, she spend like crazy on consumer goods. They pay the same taxes that you and I do yet don't NOT reap the same benefits.

Quit whining and get a job.

I'm for Bush's Guest worker program for all illegals leading to legal status.
