If this judge is ashamed to be an American he can always step down and move to Mexico or any other country and see if he gets treated any better for being an illegal alien.

WTF?!?!?! It's a "travesty" to jail illegal aliens for ID theft, but it's OK to jail Americans for it? What kool-aid is this moron drinking?

ID theft is a crime and as such needs to be prosecuted. If the person is illegal then deport them and end of case. The Feds were making such a big stink about ID theft a few months ago and this judge thinks its a travesty???? Yes the powers to be need to look into the motives and agenda that this judge has. He should be removed for failing to do his duty in prosecuting and ruling on cases where the law was clearly broken. The Prosecutor needs to go for retrial on grounds of impared judge and get someone who will be willing to do the job he was hired to do.

IMO, this judge needs to be removed and deported. Does he have any sympathy for those whose ID was stolen? Sympathy for those whose wages are depressed? Is it a travesty that a legal citizen perhaps lost a job to an illegal alien? What an anti-American piece of garbage this man is!!

Lets start a petition to have this judge removed. Is it easy to do that?

re Texasborn... This sounds like a judge who has been in the position way too long, is collecting a huge paycheck and who has lost touch with the law he swore to uphold

Unbelievable. This judge needs to step down. What a horrible thing to say to the American People, that it's not bad enough that illegal aliens are violating our laws, storming our borders, stealing our jobs, deflating our wages, increasing our government expenses, breeding anchor babies, dumbing down our educations, robbing our students of seats in colleges, running drugs, murdering our citizens and police officers, killing inocent drivers on our highways, and trying to take over our government, but stealing our identities as well and they should not be sent to prison for these crimes against Americans?!

What about all the humiliation American Workers feel being replaced by illiterate people from third world dumps who can't even speak our language? What about all the American Families torn apart by joblessness, poverty, injury and death caused by illegal aliens?

Either this Judge has a brain impairment, someone in the open borders movement is lining his pockets, or an illegal alien is supplying him with services. No one fit to serve on the federal benchwould or could ever conclude that incarcerating illegal aliens for immigration violations and identity theft is a "travesty".

That said, I personally would have preferred the feds deport them and all members of their families intact immediately instead of get their consent for a jail sentence, since we don't want them in our jails costing US even more money, we want them and their families deported and kept out of the country.

To me the jail sentences just buy the illegal aliens additional time in the country to see if an amnesty program is or will be available to them. Why else would our government choose to incarcerate instead of deport them?

Stupid judge probably has a few mowing his lawn, and cleaning his house and taking care of his brats.
