Part of our biggest problem right now is lib judges that toe the lib line
instead of rule of law

The tragedy is the peoples id's that were stolen!! But who cares about us Americans??

We really need a law that allows for quick removal of a judge for political grandstanding or speaking against a law being followed in the books.

Here we go legislating from the bench again.

PLEASE GET OFF THE BENCH JUDGE.

These judges need to go back to law school and review the difference between the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches of government. Actually, he could have learned this in any good U.S. Government class in high school. They are the three core tenants of governing in this country. In case he doesn't realize it, he is in the judicial branch...... not the legislative branch.

His personal opinion and perversion of what is legal is frightening. Think about it, jail time for stealing a persons identity is somehow cruel and unusual punishment? Tragedy? my derriere!
