Picture this. 14 Latinos and one white guy with a cellphone and clipboard. 'The boss' can't speak Spanish so there's 1 Latino that does all the translating. I'd say they're ALL illegal based on the looks I get from them. My hat says "U.S. Border Patrol" and my truck has SEVERAL anti-illegal stickers on it.

Sometimes when watching them 'work', I'm struck by the thought of the movie "Gone With the Wind", it just looks so familiar. The translator yelling in rapid Spanish, "I's the FO'MAN! *I* sez when it's QUITTIN' TIME!"

The New and Improved Slave Class, "Now with NO IMPORT FEES!" Boy, are the 'Masters' eating THIS up. "Ships and chains? We don't NEED no stinking ships and chains! We WALK to America for FREE!! Less overhead for you, Master."

i was on the thread about Nastle and heard when the DIP(for lack of a better word) say that mexicans work harder for less..well i here to tell everybody they don't work that hard ,,,before the army in would at building homes in texas and the mexicans were slow a and was on the lazy side..

i ask everyone to over look my spelling and the way i write..i will let you know about how i was disable..in 91 I was behind a US army truck bring some barrels to a depot(don't know what was in the barrels.but not oil) the truck and my hummvee (jeep) was hit by RPGs we had to lay there for hours before help came.and the whole time the smoke from the burning truck was covering me andmy private..not only did the RPG damage my whole right side the smoke damaged my nerves and the one side of my brain..so i forget things alot..and i am not that easy to work with..to this day the army will not tell me what was in the barrels.plus the VA claims to have lost my records ,so i get jack from the military....

That`s the exact problem i had with my last job as a Manager.
They made the offer, I set some conditions.

On my first day I felt like I was at a Mexican auction.
