Rush hasn't said anything good about Huckabee. He did say that the only conservative on the stage, during the debates, was Thompson. That's because he hasn't taken liberal stances in the past, whereas all the others have at some time.
Well, then I have to disagree with Rush on this one. He would be hard pressed to find anything Tancredo did that wasn't conservative.

There's definitely a lot more out there. It also wouldn't hurt to google "huckabee lie".

When Suckabee first inherited the ofice from Bubba's imprisoned pal I thought he would be a breath of fresh air. The first semi-decent person to hold that office since the brief administration of Frank White, interrupting decades of Dem. malfeasance stretching back to segregationist-socialist Orval Faubus and through the Horndog's formative years. For the first year or two I liked him, until I discovered that Tyson Foods and the illegal alien coddlers who run that state had him on their payroll too.

What a massive disappointment Suckabee has been.

I bet Rush was talking about the fronrunners: Huck, McCain, Fred, Rudy, and Mitt. Rush might think that Tancredo, Hunter, and Paul are kind of off the radar screen because of their poll numbers...

I really believe Lou Dobbs is posturing to run. I've been watching him close lately and although he's the same old Lou, he acts a little more stately about it now. Wolfe Blitzer has been having him on the Situation Room a lot and Lou has been talking about a vaiety of things with Wolfe, like foreign affairs for one.

    Run, Lou, run.

Lou Dobbs is not running for POTUS!

Even if you completely disbelieved all of his previous assertions testifying to his refusal to entertain this idea-which I don't see a reason to do-the fact is that he doesn't have any sort of campaign operation to jumpstart a presidential run.

One of my fellow NY ICE members spoke with Lou about this when he gave a speech here and he's under the impression that Lou knows about a serious third party candidate who's about to announce. I don't know how much stock should be put into his hunch, but I can tell you that Dobbs is not running for political office-if anything, that would diminish the high standing he enjoys on this issue.

He appears on The Situation Room and other CNN programs for the same reason that that imbecile Geraldo is invited on The O'Reilly Factor, or Olberdouche is asked to but into NBC programming on Sunday Night football. Namely, cross-promotion intended to raise the ratings of other shows on the same network.

I see Huckabee as the Jimmy Carter of the Republican Party.
Carter is a true Christian, and I'm willing to grant that Huckabee is too.
But similar to Carter, Huckabee would be unable to govern because he is naive in a world where the only limit people set is what they can get away with. Also, turning the other cheek doesn't seem to work when you are responsible for 300 million people.
