This is an excellent point, but are they going to say it only applies to citizens? The illegals aren't citizens, even though they collect all citizen services.

It's a moot point since entering the country illegally is considered a felony..............................

Actually its a felony at the second deportation. Crossing is civil offense, getting caught the first time is a misdemeanor.

It's still a moot point as it is still breaking the law even at the lowest level. Lawbreakers are more willing to do it again.

Of course they will if given the opportunity, but if you're going to cut them off at the knees, it does no good to aim for the ankles.

If Congress starts to second guess itself, the bill will stall. When Bush Boy finally calls our troops home, we will go into a recession which will put a major hurt on the illegals as unemployment climbs.
