    Let's be real!

Some comments have been made through the Spanish networks that would and eventually will cause a breach of peace. I have access to this inofmration beacuse my wife is a naturalized citizen of this country from a country in Central America. These people are talking about a bloody revolt in this courty if they do not get what they want. But the majority of Americans do not have a clue what they are saying or question what is going on. And the sad part, they are openingly talking about revolt right in front of our faces.

This aritcle was in the Ft Worth Star Telegram. What you don't see is the sad numbers that showed up. A little over 70.

SPECIAL to the star-telegram/RICHARD W. RODRIGUEZ
Dozens attend the "Stop the Invasion" rally Saturday in downtown Fort Worth. German native and Forest Hill resident Joachim Saupe, right, holds a sign that reads, "What part of illegal don't you understand?"FORT WORTH -- Waving American flags and chanting slogans, about 70 people turned out Saturday to show their support for tough immigration reform.

Demonstrators first gathered near the intersection of Third and Commerce streets, then walked a few blocks to the Tarrant County Courthouse.

Along the way some motorists honked and gave participants a thumbs up in support, while a few others booed and made obscene gestures at the group.

Ira McKeon of Arlington, said he was relieved that a demonstration finally took place for people who believe there should be stiff penalties for those who enter the U.S. illegally and employers who hire them.

"I wondered if anyone was ever going to put a demonstration together," McKeon said. "I don't mind immigrants coming over here. I just want them to do it legally."

The "Stop the Invasion" rally remained relatively peaceful.

A group of about six people who said they were part of the Anti-Racist Action Network -- a coalition of groups that opposes racism, sexism and homophobia -- met the demonstrators at the courthouse. Police kept them on opposite sides of the street, however.

On its Web site, the Anti-Racist Action Network says its mission is to demonstrate "whenever fascists are organizing or active in public. ... Never let the nazis have the street!"

The two groups heckled one another for more than an hour.

Tory Cloud of Austin, who is part of the coalition, was issued a citation by police after she made an obscene gesture, a class C misdemeanor.

Cloud said she was there to counter discrimination against immigrants.

"Hate speech breeds hate crimes," Cloud said. "There should be cultural awareness. People shouldn't forget that this country was founded by immigrants."

Demonstrators chanted several slogans during the two-hour rally. Among them, "Secure our borders and that's an order!" "Build a wall." and "No se puede," (No you can't).

At recent marches by those who support lenient immigration reform, participants chanted "Si se puede," (Yes we can).

Lisa Perdue, who organized the event, said she was encouraged by the turnout and predicted that it will swell at future demonstrations.

"It's a good response," the Fort Worth resident said. "Our attitude represents a huge majority of what people are feeling right now in the debate."

The U.S. Senate is debating its immigration reform legislation. In December, the U.S. House passed its version, which would make illegal immigration a felony and calls for building a wall along much of the U.S.-Mexico border.

Connie Daniel of White Settlement held the American flag upside down, a signal of distress.

"Our country is under attack," she said as tears streamed down her face. "This is not about immigration, it's about colonization. This country is being taken over by Hispanics and Muslims. It's time we open our eyes."

Demonstrators also gathered Saturday in Crawford near President Bush's ranch. They were there to protest the president's support of immigration legislation that includes a guest worker program and a path for citizenship for many of the estimated 11 million to 12 million illegal immigrants already living in the U.S.

I have access to a lobbyist who is down at the Crawford ranch every weekend. And he wishes to remain nameless, due to the fact he is one of GW Bish best friends. He says that are large amounts of money pushing open borders and other lobbyist for big business. Very few senators and congressmen are listening to their supporters. To make these matters even worse, every time a bill goes to the President, it has usually a large number of attachments.

The enemy can muster hundreds of thousands. We can muster hundreds. This is what I was saying the other day,There must be a massive concerted effort to achieve one common goal. Or this plane will not get off the ground.

Glad you had a good day....!!

Keep up the work and I understand the lady who cried. What is happening is quite fearful, threatening and sad. To be standing in America being heckled by these people is almost unbearable for me to read let alone imagine what it was like to be at the demonstration and the target of such abuse.

    Stay calm, stay strong.

Their threats only strengthen our resolve to overcome this problem as we have all others before: with steadfast bravery, unflinching commitment, and love for all humankind. We are a beacon to the world because we don't resort to the same juvenile tactics that they do. They are baiting us to respond in any way that can be construed as racist yet I have read of NO significant successes of theirs in this regard! I am so proud of my countrymen fighting this and am proud to stand with you all. The beast of public opinion is turning against them...

One reason so many americans are not doing anything is that they are not as informed as alot of the people on this board. You know the media is not doing a good job of letting the people know exactly what is taking place here. Another reason is alot of people feel the same as most of us, they just don't know what to do, and most think there is nothing that they can do. I am trying to do something, but it is frustrating when you write and call your representives to the point that you feel like you can't write or call anymore and your calls or letters are not even acknowledged. The senators have someone who takes calls all day long and probably writes down what the call was concerning and for or against, so many for this and so many against that. I feel so far distanced from a law maker, he is not going to read my email personally and I will never be able to speak with him one on one. Most of the senators haven't even lived in the state they represent for many years, they live in the Washington D.C. area. So how much do they really know about what is going on in their state or what their people want. Their interest lies in being re-elected and who contributes to their campaign, it is big business and that's who's getting their way.

Sawdust, I understand what you are saying about the representatives.

That doesn't mean I don't think we shouldn't continue to 'badger' them - but personally, I think we have to get together and be focused and concentrated.

I just don't see many Americans taking to the streets. That does not mean I wouldn't like to see it -

It doesn't mean they don't agree - it's just not their way.

It really seems to me if we had a demonstration of 200,000 people, the news media would devote 30 seconds to it and claim there were only 200 people and they were all shouting hateful words.

You know that is true, and if you don't have the microphone or the air time, it might as well not have happened.

So we can't depend on the politicians and we can't depend on the media. They can't even be honest - much less impartial.

We only have ourselves to depend on - and each other. Our main weapon is our money. Don't spend your money with the people who employ illegals.

Since we can't boycott ALL of them ALL at once, just take one industry and all do it it will work.

But we have to also understand our money is our weapon, and we need to stick together. Don't be fooled into th inking this is a Democrat or Republican problem. They are all complicit in this tragedy.

If we had had our minds working, we couldn't have been swayed by these people in the first place and we would not have thought in terms of party - but in terms of honesty, integrity, and what is best for America and American. Sadly, that has taken second place to 'are you a Republican or a Democrat'.

And that is frightening. I have been plugging away at this problem for a long time now. I learned stuff in here that even I didn't know and I live right out here in the middle of them.

Want to know a secret? About five years ago, I asked some college kid what their t-shirts meant. They were about Atzlan. The girl tole me that was what this part of the country was called before it was America. I didn't think too much about it until I started seeing references to Aztlan on sites like this.

You are absolutely right, they are aiming to take over this country and the majority of the American people are sound asleep. Some complain that there seem to be an awful lot of foreigneres. Some complain that there seem to be an awful lot of people who speak Spanish all of a sudden. But if you try to tell them that these people have an ulterior motive for being here they look at you as if you suddenly sprouted two heads.

I have relatives who live right smack dab in the middle of them just like I do and they STILL don't believe it. They don't recognize the signs and they refuse to ask questions or believe anything they don't read in the newspaper or see on ABC News.

I think this is a key issue. At first I also thought this was limited to people wanting jobs & citizenship. But there is another component to all of this that was never there before with any other immigrant group. Now I don't panic easily, but their are strong Latino movements out there based on the old socialist movements ideas that are driving a lot of what we see. If you read some of their writings you find they are not even talking about better jobs or citizenship. In fact, I think they would be disappointed if the illegals got what they wanted. The Latino movement is out to replace our government....not fit into the existing framework. Now, I know that socialism will fail as it has else where, but I am worried about the damage they do trying to implement their plans. One of their motto's is for every immigrant that crosses the border they get stronger. By they.....they mean their movement....not our country.

So, I see two fights. First the general problem of securing the border, punishing employers, etc.

2nd, we have to be aware & fight this new government order component.

This is not the same fight immigrants of old had to become citizens. This is people saying they are going to take what they want...no matter what we do or say.

We do not have one "new government " to fight here.

There are two different ones being fought out here. Right over our middle class heads. The Mexican movement is not the same as the globalist. They are allowing everyone to think it is so they can get the help . But they will without dought turn it all into what Mexico is. And there will be nothing globalist about it.

Likewise all these corporations supporting that movement, if this goes down, will also be destroyed. They (Mexicans) are trying to pull off the coo. And so far globalist idiots are falling for it.
